3 bed / 2.5 bath Townhome near NAU and Downtown
We purchased this property as a retreat from the Phoenix heat and hope to enjoy it with our family and friends.
Owner purchased this Townhouse in 2013
Why Owner chose Flagstaff
We love all of the outdoor activities in Flagstaff from skiing in the winter to trail running and mountain biking in the summer. Flagstaff has a small town charm but provides many great unique restaurants and bars that allow for a night out.
What makes this Townhouse unique
We purchased this property because of its location to quiet and serene hiking and mountain biking trails, but also the proximity to the shopping and dining of downtown Flagstaff. It's located within a quiet community surrounded by the national forest but only minutes away from the heart of downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University. The home is new construction, with lots of upgrades including 18' tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on their own floor so it allows for privacy. The home gets a lot of natural light and feels very comfortable and cozy if you feel like just relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this townhouse. Very clean & comfortable. Easy access to Flagstaff & surrounding area. Highly recommended!
Very clean house, very accessible to university and downtown. We were very impressed with house and location. We would definitely stay here again. I would much rather stay here then a hotel
Everything was wonderful about the property! The house was perfect for a weekend getaway and our family felt it was one of the best houses yet that we have stayed at!
mini ski vacation
Very pleased with the experience. The house is very clean and situated in a nice/quiet neighborhood. Location is convenient. The owners are friendly, caring and helpful. Beds are quite comfortable.
The location is lovely, quiet. The house is beautiful, welcoming and truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. All the electronic necessities are available to use if you simply can't be without them. I think it would be the perfect place for families/friends/couples to get together for joint vacations. Shopping and places of interest were easy to get to. Thank you April and Ben for creating a wonderful, relaxing get-away place. I would recommend this rental without hesitation.
Beautiful home, great vacation!
Terrific VRBO rental- couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The owners Ben and April are wonderful; timely replies from my initial inquiry on, easy booking system, and very welcoming. Beautiful home in a quite well appointed neighborhood with hiking trails just around the corner. Super market and shops are within a 2 mile radius, lots to do in Flagstaff and beyond with day trips to the Grand Canyon and colleges made the location key. The kitchen and pantry had everything we needed from essential spices to cookware which made preparing meals for 3 adults and two hungry teenagers a breeze. Family games, cable, and music with easy to follow instructions combined with nice bathrooms, comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms, and a very clean, well maintained property made for an enjoyable vacation. Additionally, the outdoor dining area included a BBQ grill and the lower patio with shaded and sunny sections we found perfect for reading, then socializing over appetizers and cool summer drinks. Oh, and when my daughter forgot a favored pillow, Ben was very understanding and graciously shipped it back to us! It was a wonderful family vacation and feel we could not have been more fortunate to have found your VRBO Ben and April! Thank you!
