The villa has been in our family for several years, built in the traditional Mediterranean stone style, set in a pine forest isolated from crowded places and people. Traditional island family house includes 2 separate fully equipped accommodations, the big upper part of the house, and a lovely fully equipped couple apartment under the main terrace. Both are connected with a large common terrace on top perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, view of the city of Split, ferry port, and bay of Rogač.

This interesting accommodation offers you total privacy in a serene setting on the amazing island of Šolta. Accommodation includes your own entry on the front yard with a big barbecue (grill) and Mediterranean garden that makes you feel like a home away from home, which makes this property perfect for relaxing from crowded tourist destinations.

Beautiful Šolta island is located 50 min ferry drive (people and vehicles) or 20 min speedboat drive (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
