About Adrienne Anderson

Adrienne divides her time between Taos this home in Taos and her home of 30 years in Denver, Colorado. Friends have dubbed this getaway Rancho Relaxo, and it has proven to be just that.

Adrienne Anderson purchased this house in 2015

Why Adrienne Anderson chose Arroyo Seco

I have been coming to Taos for hiking, skiing and the food since 1982. Arroyo Seco is north of Taos by ten miles and while the rest of the world changes this place has held onto its heritage. Rancho is surrounded by hayfields, horse pastures, historic acequias (irrigation ditches),sage, pinion and a lot of peace.

Absolutely Beautiful !

  • 5 of 5

Home is beautiful, reasonable, and spacious! Pictures on VRBO were nice, but do not do it justice. It was nice that there were condiments and everything you need for cooking. Location is perfect to the town and skiing. I definitely would recommend!

Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

My family and I spent our Spring Break at Adrienne's home, and we had the perfect stay. The house is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is quiet, has stunning views and conveniently located. It's just a short drive into Arroyo Seco, and a 15 minute drive to the Taos Ski Valley, but is secluded enough to really enjoy the beauty of the area. Adrienne was a great host, and we can't wait to return next year.

Our first ski trip

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed at this home and it was very beautiful. It is fully furnished with everything you need on a daily basis. It’s beautifully renovated and the outside patios have everything you need to enjoy the scenery and a great camp fire at night. My family enjoyed the stay and hope to return next year. The owner was great. Very communicative and informative.

We were there for 3 nights and had a great time ! Very private and comfortable! The kitchen was a dream and Very well stocked! We were going to eat out every meal but quickly changed our plans!!..... SO fun just to be together, relax, and cook! Loved the 2 huge patios, fireplaces in almost every room (with plenty of cut wood!), new garage, strong Wifi, great beds, informative notebook, beautiful bathrooms, and heated floors!!! The owner personally texted us a couple of times and made us feel So welcome! It was great to know I could've reached out to her at Any time If there had been a problem .... which there never was :) We Will definitely be back !!! A+++

The property is very private with views out of a story book.

  • 5 of 5

The home is traditional southwest construction with beautifully landscaped patios on each side, one facing the mountains and the other facing the Rio Grande. The interior is spacious and very well appointed with very cool artwork and furnishings. The kitchen is gorgeous with doors leading to both patios. The owner of the property was so organized and had great information on local sights, restaurants, hikes, and much more. In short, I did not want for a thing. I am a seasoned traveler with high standards and this place is a winner.

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

Gorgeous house - I can't say enough. The kitchen was beautiful (and huge) with great views of the sunset and sunrise. We loved having wine on the back and front porches at night. It was very close to Arroyo Seco (which has several cute cafes, restaurant, shops and yoga!) The owners were great and answered all of our questions (even left a note with a detailed dog walk! Thank you!) We will stay here again!
