Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel Viking, Bosch, GE Profile, and JennAire appliances. Top of this line cookware, knives, and a vast array of glassware, dishes, flatware, and serving pieces. Everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal...even an ice cream maker! Stocked with frequently used spices, hand/dish/dishwasher detergent, and trash can liners.

Designer furnishings and artwork in the stylish living room and dining room....all with beautiful Gulf views. Flat screen 'smart' televisions with cable television and hundreds of free television shows and movies via Amazon Prime, DVD players (with a large selection of movies), Bose SoundTouch stereo system, iPad (with iTunes music library, Pandora and Spotify music streaming), and high speed wireless internet for entertainment when you are not at the sugar sand beaches or resort pools.

What a great place! All the amenities you could want. Great service!

We travel a lot, and the attention to detail in this condo is unmatched. Every little thing you could want is there, and of good quality. Even good knives! Impeccably clean and well appointed condo, great pool and amenities. Good location. The owner was always available, but completely unobtrusive. Highly recommended!

Great property. Clean, quiet and everything there for you.

This is our second time stay at this property and we will most likely be back next year. The private beach access and closeness to the beach is very nice. The condo itself is in great shape and perfect for a family vacation.

Perfect 30A Vacation Place

We had such a blast at this home in Redfish Village. Our two young daughters actually never even slept in the second bedroom as they were so excited about the two bunk beds. The pool and playground in the village was excellent and we loved the fact we could walk across the street and get fresh ice cream every night.

Awesome Rental! - Redfish Village #427

We've been vacationing on 30A every year for the past 5 years. This rental is the best one we've experienced so far! Mike is incredibly organized and provided all the information needed to plan ahead for the trip. We never had to contact him with any questions because everything was provided ahead of time! The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had the best amenities of any rental we've ever booked. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need which made packing and planning so easy! We are hoping to book many more vacations here in the future and highly recommend this rental. Thank you Mike for making this such an enjoyable/stress-free trip for me and my family!
