About Hannes Gissurarson
I am a university professor who lives half the year in Reykjavik and half the year abroad.
Hannes Gissurarson purchased this Studio in 1991
Why Hannes Gissurarson chose Downtown
This is as well-located as can be, just across the road from the University of Iceland campus, and only 5 mins. walk from the part of the city centre where all the restaurants and bars are.
What makes this Studio unique
The two great advantages of the flat, even if it is quite small, is that it is newly reformed and well-equipped on the one hand and well located on the other hand.

Cozy Garage Apartment and Great Location
We had rented a car and the parking is on the road next to the flat which is just one house from the corner. The place is located on one of the highways which makes it easy to go anywhere. Just because it is on the highway, don't think that it is noisy because it isn't. There is a bus stop close if you don't rent a car. It is an easy walk to downtown. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We did have a problem with the shower but it was taken care of immediately. Great communication with owner too. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
