Blue Lagoon is an amazing 1 bedroom apartment with direct access to the lagoon at Curacao Ocean Resort. This ***** resort has a private beach and large swimming pool. The lagoon is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The house reef is in swimming distance from the beach and filled with exotic fishes and corals. On the beach you find palapas (palm leave umbrellas) and beach chairs free of charge for your convenience. Curacao Ocean Resort is gated and offers a private parking space for every condo.

FEATURES
Blue Lagoon is a comfortable apartment with an open floor plan. The kitchen and living area are one open space which continues in the adjoining patio with dining table for the best outdoor dining. From the patio you walk onto the first sunbathing deck. A few easy steps down takes you to your private deck built over the lagoon. For your convenience there is a swim ladder and outside shower. Blue Lagoon has a master bedroom with a top quality king size bed (Swiss Sense), bed tables and built in closet. The bathroom has both shower and tub. The washroom is a separate space in the hallway. The living room has a nice lounge area with couch and table.

AMENITIES
Blue Lagoon offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom, a flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking top, refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, micro wave Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffeeoption plus a toaster. There is a washer, lounge chairs, snorkeling sets. Blue Lagoon is excellent for all travelers seeking tranquility, luxury and love the good way of life!

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Blue Lagoon is ideally located within walking distance of Sea Aquarium Beach with lots of entertainment like international restaurants, tropical beach bars like Mambo Beach, diving school Ocean Encounters, gym, spa, sauna, shops, a casino and the newly build boardwalk. Dolphin Academy is opposite of Curacao Ocean Resort where you often see the dolphins jump. Historic Willemstad is only 10 car minutes away.

TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE BOOKING
This accommodation is a self-catered and privately owned property, meaning that the basics are available for your convenience like: paper towels, 1st toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dish tabs, sponge, bed linen and towels including beach towels. All other necessities that make you feel comfortable while travelling, like personal hygiene items, will need to be packed or purchased locally. The cost for normal usage of electricity (10 KwH pppn) is included in the rate. Over usage will be charged at USD 0.50 per KwH. Love the spot, perfect for 2 people

We've had multiple stays at this wonderful property. Perfect size for 2. On the water, quiet and close to the seaquarium complex, Lions Dive, Mambo beach areas. There is a pool nearby and a beach at the far end of the complex, but with the water right off of the deck, we rarely used. It has all the amenities we need. Agent is quick to respond if any issues (we needed a new kettle this year). Air conditioning is in bedroom only, but with huge deck sliding doors and awning we had no issues with kitchen/living room area. I don't really want to review it well so that we don't have competition to book, but need to be fair!

Amazing property!

Everything was just as described and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with easy walk to Mambo Beach. We loved snorkeling right from our deck. It was so enjoyable that it made it difficult to leave on certain days and explore other parts of the island. We would definitely come back when we return to Curaçao.

Excellent

Wonderful week stay at this waterfront property. It had everything we needed for our first trip to Curaçao. It was well equipped for cooking in. Loved being able to sit outside with our coffee and watch the dolphins everyday as well as being able to hop off the sundeck into the lagoon to cool off. Very close to Mambo beach and several restaurants that we could walk to as well as the Sea Aquarium. Olas Y Copas and The Green Room were our favorites. Communication with our host was great and she was able to help us out for recommendations when our baggage was delayed. We are looking forward to coming back here next year as we’ve found our new favorite winter retreat.

Great location

The location is good for access to Mambo Beach. We enjoyed snorkeling the lagoon off the deck and saw many fish and an octopus. Unit is very warm and could benefit from a steel gate door that locks to promote more airflow.

Awesome place!!

Stayed 10 nights, loved the location!! Jump in the ocean out your back deck, incredible snorkeling a short swim away!! Easy walk to Mambo Beach with several beach front bars and restaurants. Loved our stay!!
