Set in an idyllic location,The Log Cabin consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 twin, 2 double, the master with en-suite all with luxury white Egyptian cotton bedding, main bathroom, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Parking and turning for 2 cars on the private driveway. Unspoilt coastal views of the Ailsa Craig. Bistro tables and chairs are provided on the veranda.Watch the Gannets diving for fish or the resident seal colony swimming or basking on the rocks. Take a stroll along the beach to the rocks at low tide or to the Varyag Russian Maritime memorial. Enjoy the breathtaking unforgettable sunsets. World famous Turnberry golf course is within easy reach. The picturesque harbour village of Girvan is 7 miles along the coast with shops, restaurants and bars, also boat trips to the Ailsa Craig and fishing trips. Many local historic harbours, castles, beaches and the mystical eerie Electric Brae. Please come and enjoy!!!

Fantastic family holiday

We found Ruth to be very prompt in dealing with our queries and Gordon was at the property on our arrival. We were made to feel very welcome. The property was very clean and comfortable and offered stunning views. Lovely having tea, coffee, milk, cereal etc waiting for us on arrival. Our small children enjoyed being over the road from a quiet beach. So nice seeing birds diving into the sea and seals basking in the sun. Girvan was only a short drive away which also has a nice beach and a good selection of shops. We were very sad the leave and would love to return in the future. Thank you.

Beautiful cabin with millionaire's view

What a find! What a wonderful holiday. The cabin was spotlesssly clean and even more spacious than we could imagine. The open-plan living area was comfortable, practical and offered views of the see which made us feel like millionaires, as did the beach across the road. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind. The cabin gave us the opportunity to explore a truly stunnng part of Scotland. We will be back.

Welcome basket met on arrival nothing was too much to ask. Full family had a ball from baby to teenager!

A perfect place for exploring the sooth west coast of Scotland

What a fab log cabin...gorgeous views over to Ailsa Craig...and what a treat to sit and watch the seals at breakfast then again as we enjoyed dinner. Those sunsets though!!! Stunning!!! Thanks to Gordon and Ruth for being great hosts and for the great hamper, we are already planning a trip back. Juliette, Dave and Alice Freeman

The beautiful Hamlet of Lendalfoot is located at the foot of the river Lendal. The Property has unspoilt coastal views of The Ailsa Craig, Arran and Kintyre. There is a private slipway onto the beach. The Russian Maritime Memorial is just a short stroll along the beach. The picturesque harbour village of Girvan is 7 miles along the coast road. World famous Turnberry golf course is only a short drive away. Further along the coast is Culzean Castle which can be approached from the road or from a walk along Croy Shore (where you can often enjoy the entire walk without seeing another soul along the way and just enjoy the peace and solitude. I have done this many times and would definately recommend it). If you drive further along the coast you can experience the magic of the famous Electric Brae, then onto the tiny harbour village of Dunure (used as a film location for episodes of the tv series Taggart) with stunning views, scenery and castle ruins. Ayr is your next major attraction.

Changeover day is Saturday. Guests can access the property after 2pm on day of arrival and are required to vacate the property by 10am on day of departure.
I require a £100 deposit (sterling cheque) to reserve your holiday dates. The balance of the rental to be paid eight weeks before your holiday by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
I also require a

£100 deposit to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
