This beachfront apartment is bright and airy with an ambience of simple elegance. There are 2 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 bathrooms, eye-catching beach and ocean views from every room, and a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Isla Verde beach. The apartment dining and living room areas are open to the balcony. A refreshing sea breeze flows through the apartment when the balcony doors are open.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests configured as follows: Master bedroom: one king-sized bed for 2 guests. Second bedroom: one queen-sized bed for 2 guests. Living area: sofa bed for 1 guest. Each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Flat-screen cable televisions are located in the master suite and living room. There is free WiFi internet access. All rooms have full-size closets with a desk area in the master suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. Kitchen items include a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads. For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building. Baths and beach towels are provided. Hand soap, shampoo, and disinfectant are included. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, and trash bags are available. If necessary, additional supplies can be purchased from pharmacies across the road.

The apartment is located in the Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) Tower which offers unobstructed spectacular beach and ocean views. There is 24/7 security and many amenities, such as a large swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, barbecue pits, and beautiful grounds adjacent to the beach. All amenities are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters. There is direct access to the beach from the condo grounds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at the beach.
Isla Verde Beach offers safe swimming, sea kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing.

The apartment is within walking distance of grocery stores, pharmacies, tourist shops, restaurants, hotels & casinos. Historic Old San Juan and the El Morro fort are only a 15-minute drive away and are also accessible via public transport. The El Yunque rainforest is just a 30-minute drive. Taxis, buses, and Uber are available on the street in front of the condo building.
