The 2nd floor suite feels like an enchanted room with views to the beautiful pepper tree that lives in our yard. You will enjoy a full bath, covered outdoor living room with a fireplace and incredible views.
The entire 3rd floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite and terrace, which has one of the best views in San Miguel. There is a Moroccan-inspired platform for meditation, yoga, pilates, or to simply relax with a cup of tea and a good read.
From the 4th floor/rooftop you will enjoy a 360˚ panorama of the entire surrounding region, another great location in the house to experience San Miguel's spectacular sunsets.
There is a home office on the 2nd floor, a private space to connect with your work endeavors or creative side.
Our home is very spacious working well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families.
Please note, the max. occupancy is 4 adults. If you have a small child we can make arrangements for her/him to sleep on the platform in the master suite. Please let us know in advance.

While you're staying here, the house will be your private oasis. Guests have access to the entire home and garden spaces. Our housekeeper, Yesi, works Monday-Saturday, she prepares coffee and a basic breakfast (oatmeal and/or eggs). Please note, housekeepers are granted legal holidays in Mexico.
Our local property manager will meet you upon arrival and is available to help with any questions during your stay.

The house is equipped with a local landline and wifi internet.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a complete house manual, please refer it for further information.
Other things to note: In general, a 4 day minimum stay is required. Depending on the time of the year and circumstances, we might be able to make an exception. Please send us a message and we will try to accommodate your needs.
The house is split into 3 main floors and one rooftop terrace. Please keep in mind that there are several staircases.
Travel & Airport Information:
San Miguel is served by three airports: Leon airport (BJX) is about 2 hours away; Queretaro Airport (QRO) about 1 hour and 20 minutes; and Mexico City (MEX) is 4 hours away.
You can book a direct shuttle from any of these airports on line or by phone with BajioGo shuttle company. In order to make a reservation you will need to provide them with your travel details (airport, flight number, and scheduled arrival time).
The house is located in the neighborhood of Guadiana, a 10-15 minute walk from the San Miguel city centre. We're a 5 minute walk to Parque Juárez, which is a wonderful area with walk paths, shaded benches, and a playground. We are also a short walk to the organic market (Mercado Sano) in the Ancha de San Antonio #123. The market runs from Monday - Saturday 9am - 7pm & Sunday 9am - 5pm and offers a variety of local flavors, including organic coffee beans, cheeses, artisan breads, produce, as well as wellness products, smoothie bar, and places to eat.
