3BR/2BA Walk Everywhere Downtown Or Convention Center
About Steven Chavez
I purchased this home in 2003 and did an addition to the 2nd story. Also completely gutted the entire home and rebuilt the entire home down to the studs. Everything is new in the home as of 2005. We are both Denver natives. Just had our first son so had to move to a larger house. We loved this house because we could walk everywhere. Also across the street from a school which has a large soccer field, basketball court, playground which is great for summer time activities.

Good location, but poorly equipped
Pluses: Location, comfortable beds, nice outdoor sitting area. Minuses: Under-equipped kitchen, faulty appliances, WiFi didn’t work properly, kind of crappy furniture, no TP dispensers, no in-home directions as promised, landlord didn’t reply to inquiries.
Very comfortable and convenient
This property was just what our family needed. We were in town for a mid week concert at Coors Field. The house was very conveniently located to the needs and wants of our group. There was plenty of parking so we took advantage of that and parked, then walked or used UBER whenever we wanted to get around. Clean house, plenty of room to spread out, and the neighbor guy was super nice too!
Weekend stay in Downtown Denver
It was a very well kept house in a great area to see many of the attractions of Downtown Denver!! The house also offered more than enough ammenities for our weekend stay. The check-in and check-oit process was also very efficient and convenient.
Clean, good communication, great place!
Wonderful communication and a clean place to stay. A couple of minutes away from downtown with many amenities nearby!
Great location. Very spacious and comfortable house. The neighborhood is wonderful! Really enjoyed the stay!
Great spot for our group for downtown wedding venue
Thanks for the space! Great time for entertaining and being downtown for a wedding!
In town for a convention, sporting event, or just for fun? A rare find in the heart of the city. Stroll 8 blocks to downtown bars, restaurants, and shopping. 12 blocks to Coors Fields, and 1 block to the RTD light rail. If you want a house but still be downtown this is a perfect fit. The RTD light rails stops at the Convention center, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium, so you can chose to take a 15 minute walk or jump on the light rail and be to the convention center in 5 mins.
