About Bob Sequeira
I love Meadview, the community and the people. I am a proud member of the Meadview Area Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Chamber.
Bob Sequeira purchased this House in 2007
Why Bob Sequeira chose Meadview
I first came to Meadview, Arizona in February 2006. I was immediately enamored by the location and slowed pace of life.

Nice little place!
Nice little place. Enjoyed the view and the house. So easy and comfortable.
Great spot for the west rim and hoover dam.
Indeed it is. Many guests have used my vacation home as a "jumping point" to many fun and exciting attractions in the area. For example, Kingman has old Route 66 (with lots of eateries and bars) and the Train Museum only 1 hour away.
I'm glad you had a good time. You're always welcome back.
The two sunset vacation houses
The house was clean and comfortable. We had an excellent experience. The only thing that could be improved on is the WiFi connection it seemed to never work. Other than that 5 star experience.
The wifi is something I have absolutely no control over. I even pay extra for a faster speed. I feel I have done everything I can do to provide the best possible experience for my guests. For the most part, the wifi works very good. Unfortunately, there are some times the wifi is temperamental in the area. It is a shame that something out of my control kept me from a 5 star rating.
Labor Day stay
Everything was great
Home was clean, extremely comfortable and a lot of bang for the buck. South Cove launch is just 10 minutes away and this side of the lake is definately worth seeing. Further, you won't find a better house to rent while there than this one.
Don't miss out on this incredible value! Just 2 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada, or 1 hour from Kingman, Arizona, Meadview is surrounded by National Park land and is a secret hide-a-way for the outdoor enthusiast. Meadview is just 10 miles from Lake Mead and 41 miles from the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and the world famous Skywalk (about a 1 hour drive). Excellent fishing, superb hiking, biking, boating, ATVing, kayaking, horseshoe pit, wild life viewing and much more await you in this desert paradise which sits in the middle of a Joshua Tree forest. Air strip nearby.
This spacious (all electric) air conditioned home has over 1600 square feet of living space and looks into the awe-inspiring Grand Wash Cliffs. The views are spectacular! The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen and a cash pantry (pantry is stocked with reasonably priced dry and canned goods). I have designed this unit with you in mind. Simply bring your tooth brush.
The property is located about one mile from Meadview's town center. The quaint town of Meadview offers three restaurants, a hardware store, a fire station, and a VFW (in case you are a member). Dolan Springs (the nearby town) offers a full service market, gas and a Family Dollar store. The Meadview strip mall offers a gift gallery (from local artisans), Video View (video rentals) and a real estate office. Kingman, Arizona, is just one hour away which offers a hospital.
This is a non-smoking home; however, the front porch may be utilized for those who smoke......But please pick up the cigarette butts.
