A spacious living room with open plan kitchen fully fitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All cooking utensils are provided.

Start the day with a coffee from our Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules...whilst you listen to your music on our Bose Soundlink box.

The price is quoted for use as a 1 Bedroom flat; also available with its 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds for an extra charge.

Our living room space is combined with an open plan kitchen to provide a friendly family environment.

Facilities include...FREE HI-SPEED wireless WIFI in all rooms, a 42” 2018 flat screen TV and smart BlueRay DVD player.

Lovely walks through Hampstead with its quaint streets adjacent to Hampstead Heath & the magnificent Kenwood Park are close by.

Or you can walk over Primrose Hill taking in the spectacular views of London before continuing to Regents Park, then passing the London Zoo with a view of many animals.

Continue a little further and you will arrive in Marylebone High Street passing its glorious shops and cafes before finding yourself in Oxford Street.

The Flat is located on the lower ground floor with it's own private entrance, in this very quiet street of Belsize Park. It is accessed via a short staircase.

We are located 5 minutes walk from England’s Lane where you will find a supermarket, a butcher, a chemist as well as small boutique coffee shops

And local culture at the Hampstead Theatre and the Odeon, Vue and Everyman Cinemas

Farmers Markets for foodies...we have an interesting Saturday food market 10 minutes walk on the edge of Primrose Hill & a Wednesday market 8 minutes walk adjacent to Swiss Cottage tube station. A little more adventurous and you can take the tube to London Bridge where you will find the amazing Borough Market open Wednesday thro Saturday or on Sunday morning you can visit the organic food market just off Marylebone High Street. Here you will find the wonderful goats cheese cake lady...strongly recommended. MHS is a 45 minute walk over Primrose Hill and through Regents Park or 20 minutes by tube to Bond Street and a short walk.

We can walk through Primrose Hill and Regents Park into the city and there are lots of interesting things near here. It’s an easy walk to Camden too. We were very happy with our stay - good location in Belsize Park, comfortable flat, with a warm bathroom, always a plus in England. Hosts were most helpful and friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Particularly appreciated the supply of milk, bread, butter etc on our arrival. Only downside was rather steep steps down to entrance, wouldn't suit the infirm.

A great flat in a quiet neighborhood

This flat was ideal for us - a couple with a teenage child. It has plenty of room and was very warm and cozy despite the chilly weather. We liked everything about it - the amenities, the location, the kitchen, even the movie collection! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we recommend it. The neighborhood is a nice quiet residential area within walking distance of good places to eat, the tube, and Primrose Hill. While we traveled to the heart of city easily every day while we were there, we enjoyed coming "home" to a nice quiet place in the evenings.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in London. This flat is well appointed, with a nice bathroom and good beds. The beds were comfy even for my 6' plus frame. Our teenage daughters liked their spacious room which was more spacious than expected. Everything works. The kitchen had everything we wanted including a coffee machine. It's in a really nice, quiet neighborhood with good pubs, breakfast, coffee shops and markets within a couple of blocks. It has a lovely garden we spent time in since the weather was warm. Perfect location for London near the Underground and busses. Getting around was super easy. This was our first time in London but we're coming back and hope we can stay here. Highly recommended!

Fabulous London Flat

We spent six nights this Spring in this lovely London Flat. Barrie was a vey welcoming host who had useful tips for transportation, convenient shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is an attractive residential area with easy access to two tube lines and several bus lines. Its a pleasant walk to Regents Park and the London Zoo. The beautifully renovated, spacious flat was very clean, had abundant natural light and access to a lovely garden.

The kitchen area was well equipped as was the bathroom. Barrie left us a "starter kit" of great coffee and breakfast basics. The living room included a very useful charging station for cell phones and other digital devices and several helpful maps. Open to the kitchen, the living room was well furnished for dining, as well as lounging, reading, watching the BBC, or studying maps and guides.

We hope our next UK trip will include another visit with Barrie.
