Perfect house for our reunion
The house was charming and very spacious. The lovely little shopping district was a short walk away and should really be visited.
The check in and check out process is so easy and Rocio responded immediately to a question we had. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and the bathrooms as well. It was a great place to hang out at the end of the day and sit around and chat. A definite thumbs up on the house
Family Reunion Success
Extremely clean, plenty of towels and necessities. Lots of room to lounge. Two blocks from the Bishop Art District which has great dining and shops. Cool little area. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
What an exceptional experience! All instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. The house is absolutely gorgeous in one of Dallas' more charming neighborhoods with shops and restaurants. I hosted four people and each person had a room of their own. Everyone talked about how great their sleep was because of how comfortable the beds are. I can't say enough about this place. Picturesque. Charming. Spacious. Absolutely amazing.
Best place to celebrate!
My family and I visited the property to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. This house has a beautiful combination of modern and traditional features. It's in the middle of a quaint neighborhood that's surrounded by family friendly restaurants, live music and shops. While I didn't meet our hostess in person, she made it easy to contact via email. My sister is already making plans to rent the house again. I think that this will be our go to location! Thank you for making this the best weekend ever!
Amazing Home in a Great Location
I recently stayed here for my bachelorette party (11 individuals), and it was amazing. The house was clean, everything worked, and it was very spacious. The numerous patios were nice to play games on or drink coffee on in the mornings. The house itself is just a short walk away from many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. I had zero complaints, and highly recommend this place!
Amazing Beautifully Old House
This home was spotless and perfect. It is stocked with everything (really - nothing missing). It has two kitchens and large dining room and a great gathering room. It was perfect for the 7 of us adults. The balconies are very enjoyable to use and the neighborhood is high-end nice and quite. Everything was wonderful and I highly highly recommend it.
That said, I will give the only two very small "negatives." First, the old wood floors are wonderful, but they are a bit squeaky when you walk around. If you plan the sneak around while everyone is sleeping - well good luck with that. The second small detail is one room downstairs has a curtain instead of a door. I see the reasoning for leaving them off (it wouldn't be natural), but it would be wonderful if they added a nice set of French doors.
The Bishop Arts District is a stones throw away. Dallas Convention Center and Downtown Dallas are a short 7 min drive or 15 min bike ride away through the neighborhood and over a safe bridge (avoiding the interstate exchange entirely). Bishop Arts is also less than 10 minutes away from Uptown and from some of the best shopping and museums in Dallas.
