About Anne Towne
A 1970 graduate of Tucson High School, I have since lived primarily in the Washington DC metropolitan area. As friends are leaving the area for warmer climates, it was natural for me to think about a future back in Arizona.
Anne Towne purchased this House in 2012
Why Anne Towne chose Canoa Ridge
Good friends now live in the community of Canoa Ridge and I have family in the state as well. The view of the mountains is relaxing and a great way to catch both the sunrises and the sunsets. Close to interesting attractions and outdoor adventures.
What makes this House unique
The open style of this 1900 square foot home allows me to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains any time of day or night. The patio that shades all sides of the house makes it comfortable to be outdoors so much of the time. And to grill and dine outside! The private unheated pool is lovely to be in during the summer and a nice addition to the feel of the place all other times of the year. The community is quiet. Lots of people are up early walking for exercise. Two bicycles are provided.

Absolutely loved the house and our stay.
Home away from home but better!
Outstanding home with an awesome view, great location too.
We wouldn’t change anything about the place.!
Visiting grandparents made easy and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay here. I have been visiting first my grandfather and now my father in Green Valley for 40 years and this was the first time I brought my two young children. Having the pool, which was pristine, was priceless. It was 105 degrees during our stay and the pool kept us cool and entertained. All of the sliding doors have additional pin locks, the windows have the traditional bars common in the area, and the front door (the only non-slider) can only be opened from the inside with a key... so, I was immediately able to let go of my worries about the kids accessing the pool unsupervised.
The house is well stocked and the kitchen and pantry had everything we needed. The best part was the ability to entertain. My father's house is tiny and he is not comfortable with children running around. He and his wife spent all of their time coming over to this rental and hanging out with us. We barbecued, cooked, watched the news etc. and I did not have to worry about the kids messing with his house.
The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. Safeway and CVS are close. The view of the Santa Ritas is unencumbered and superb! The host was accommodating and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Green Valley. It was perfect!
Thank you for your kind words. Glad you felt so comfortable and we hope you and yours visit again!
