$100 Refundable Damage Deposit must be placed with Summit Vacations directly, 5 days prior to arrival in order for the reservation to be honored.
A mandatory Town Tax will be collected separately from your final reservation as an additional charge. This will be 5.9% of your reservation total.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
Great location, great value
We enjoyed our spring ski vacation. Condo is in a great location, you can see the shuttle stop from the window. It's roomy enough for two couples and a little one, clean, comfortable. The complex had a nice pool and hot tub area too.
The bedroom with the king had plenty of room for our pack play, and a nice balcony bonus. Second bedroom with queen also a decent size. There is loft accessed up a ladder that would be fun for children a bit older than our toddler.
Kitchen has plenty of supplies, decent oven. We cooked each meal without any issues.
Parking was in garage, which was nice when we got snow overnight.
Overall, we'd stay here again!

5 stars because of the value for the price. We had 3 guys and this place gave us plenty of room. 2nd floor condo and the bedroom are on the 2nd floor of the condo - not an issue, we just imagined carrying bags for our wives if they had come. If we had had more people I would have asked the condo management company if we could have had multiple keys to the unit. Again, this wasn't an issue but something to think about asknig for if you have a larger group. Like advertised, the unit is within a pretty easy walk to the Quicksilver lift. BUT if you are more lazy (like we were) the unit is also conveniently located across the street from a stop for the Free buses on a very easy line that takes you straight to Beaver char lift. We went outside when the bus went on the outbound route and had enough time to catch it 7-8 minutes later on the inbound route. Couldn't have asked for more price/value especially considering booking only a couple of weeks in advance.
Nice, cozy condo and perfect, central location
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great, very close to downtown Breck can walk or a very short drive to all the restaurants, shops etc.
The arrival process could have been a little more clear. I didn't receive any instructions via email but a quick phone call helped us out. There is a community garage under the building, that once you get the key (from the lockbox on the front door) you can access. I'd recommend adding that to the arrival instructions.
The condo is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, but everything is clean, nice and functional so not a big deal. The kitchen was well equipped, the living area is nice and spacious. The bedrooms were great. I was hoping to be able to use the washer and dryer nightly but both were tiny so we didn't use them. They're fine for very small loads but not ski/ bulky attire.
The loft really isn't usable unless maybe you have small children.
We stayed during the Christmas holiday so it was expensive, not specific to only this condo but to Breck in general. Overall, I would stay here again but at a lower rate.

We do consider it a good value. Perhaps it was a sort of “typo.” “Great” usually accompanies a 4 or 5 star review. We hope your daughter has recovered.
Really nice place. Everything you need for a great family vacation.
Overall the place was not clean. Walked in to an opened slide my door off family room an strong smoke odor. Walls had drop stains. Countertops dirty.
Nothing like images that help us choose place. Like seeing images of a new car and finding out you rented a used clunker.
(pool is closed for renovation all summer) Snowdrop 12 is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1000 sf condominium located on the 2nd floor of the Snowdrop building. The unit is situated in one corner of the building, with a partial view of the ski slopes through the pine trees. This condo has a king size bed, free wireless internet, and access to an outdoor pool and an indoor/outdoor hot tub. The complex is 1100 feet to the chairlift and 1 and 1/2 blocks to the heart of downtown.

The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children's videos, books, CD's, board games and puzzles for your enjoyment. There are laundry facilities in the unit.
You can walk 1100 feet to the bridge that crosses the Blue River and onto numerous hiking and biking trails up, over, and along the peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You can also mountain bike or ride a 'comfort' bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk 1 1/2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
Walk up the street (1100 feet) to get to the Quicksilver Chairlift, or walk 200 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, to get to any of the lifts. You are just 1 1/2 blocks from the many shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open til late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

'Great place for a ski trip. Four guys shared the condo well and wasn't cramped at all. Close walk to Breck Brewery and the south side of Main Street. I'm sure you can ride the shuttles but we rented a car in Denver. The pool/hot tubs aren't too much of a walk. Would definitely stay here again.'
