Make this your "home away" from home!

If you want luxury, a great view and comfortable accommodations, look no further. It’s peaceful and quiet. Located on the first floor it has a private patio just off of the living room that steps onto the open timbered space. It’s a lovely place to relax and just enjoy the mountain air and sunshine.

This 1300 square foot condo has three bedrooms, two full and one half baths, and sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. It was just completed in the last phase of the established Timbers community. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living / dining room and features granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has new high end stainless steel appliances and a full size stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide detergent, dish soap, spices, condiments, foil, plastic wrap, and storage bags. No need to stock up with supplies that you will only use a little of. All of the linens, towels & bedding are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion.

An oversized heated garage is accessible just outside the front door. The condo was designed with some handicapped features with wheelchair accessibility. No stairs. Also the garage is large enough to accommodate a large vehicle and lots of bikes during the summer and ski equipment in the winter. Keep us in mind for all of the biking events that take place over the summer. There is something scheduled for almost every weekend from Mid-June through August.

Accommodations: The master bedroom has its own bath with shower and a private patio area. The room is fitted with a comfy king size bed and a 32” LCD TV with a DVD player. The bunk room has a full/twin combo with a 22” LCD TV/DVD combo for Movies & Video Games.. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a 38” LCD TV/DVD Combination. All of the beds have pillow top mattresses, even the bunk room. The second bath is very large with a tub. The living room sofa converts into a queen size bed if you need the extra sleeping space. The living room has a gas fireplace with a 42” Flat screen TV above, a DVD Player, Stereo and Wifi. We provide a variety of board games, books and some movies for family enjoyment but have your family bring their favorites to enjoy as well. We include an activity summary/guide in a binder for your stay with trail maps, books on local hiking, biking and back country skiing, with things to do and places to eat.

There are 2 large community hot tubs just across from the front door. (We provide separate large towels for the hot tub.) It’s a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, fishing and adventures. In the winter there is a sledding hill out back, so you can send the children (or you too) out to play. We have sleds in the garage to use. There is no need to drive to go on a hike, there is a hiking trail just a few minutes walk up the road or a back path.

This is a great location, that’s minutes from everything. We have a summer membership (June 1 to September 30) to Club Meadow Ridge, which is just a couple of miles down the road. This has an outdoor pool and hot tubs. This is in addition to the 2 hot tubs located at the Timbers as well. Also located between Winter Park and Fraser is the Fraser Community Recreation Center with an indoor pool, slides, a lazy river, a workout facility, a rock climbing wall and basketball courts. Fees there are nominal. We are also close to miles and miles hiking and biking trails. Oh yes, great skiing too!

The Timbers has a stop on the Free Winter Park Shuttle Route. The bus is a great way to get to the slopes, downtown and the recreation center. It comes every 15 minutes during ski season and has a varied schedule for summer months now as well. The schedule and map is posted in the condo. Not all condos offer easy access to the free bus.

We chose the Winter Park / Fraser location for this home because of the areas low key, and relaxing feel. There are lots of activities available in the area year round and it's a great place to explore, to get-a-way and to learn it's rich history. The area is not overtly "touristy" and we feel confident you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

Whether you are in the area for the skiing, biking, hiking or to enjoy the festivals or just relax in the mountains, its a great location. Sit out on the back patio and soak up the sunshine in the quiet, with a beautiful view of trees and mountains.

The oversized garage has lots of room for your recreational equipment. Whether it's skis, bicycles, a kayak, or a large extended truck, there's room to place it inside.

Cozy, clean, would stay again!!

We loved the condo! So clean and family ready! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need...just bring the food. Layout was nice because beds were away from kitchen and living. The master bedroom was cozy and was nice and dark. (Only wished the master bed was a little softer... but that's also personal preference). We will definitely stay again on our next trip! Sanchia was ready to answer any questions. Great time!!!

Owner's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you did not find the bed comfortable. The mattress is a Colorado Mattress "Doctors Choice" which is one of their top quilted top mattresses they offer. In addition the bed is made up with a quilted mattress pad. I'm sorry you did not find it soft enough. I do appreciate your input. Again, glad you enjoyed your stay.

Well appointed condo for a very pleasant stay.

Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen set up excellently with added touched such as spices, oils, and condiments which made it easy to prepare a meal. Quiet location while being easy to access. Would most definately look to rent again.

Way beyond expectations.

My wife and I and another couple had medium expectations of a clean and comfortable stay with our focus being a wedding at Devil's Thumb. We were treated way beyond our expectations once we walked through the front door. Not only was the condo conspicuously clean and modern but the cabinets and fridge were stocked with more basic cooking condiments and accessories than I have every seen on similar stays around the country and in Europe. The floor plan was great and would also work for a third couple or 3 children. 2&1/2 baths were a luxury. If you stood in the kitchen and looked out the door with a full window and left to the living room window all you would see is trees and no other units. Obviously the owner had first pick for a unit in this building. 1st floor and attached garage were much appreciated. The Colorado columbines by the front door and the bowl of fresh fruit were a special touch. Great access to Safeway. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the valley. Keith from Denver.

Perfect Setting - Clean and Comfy!

We had a group of 8 stay at the unit and it was a very pleasant trip. Plenty of space and we had everything we could possibly need. Owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!
