|Minimum Stay||3 - 5 nights|
Premium two bedroom apartment situated on the top floor of Villa Milena.
Villa Milena is a beautiful development consisting of 5 apartments located in the town of Milna to the west side of Brac.
There are two premium two bedroom apartments on the top floor, two standard two bedroom apartments on the ground floor and one bedroom apartment is on the first floor.
Each apartment has a comfortable open plan kitchen, dining and living area that is finished and furnished to a quality standard. The living area leads out to a spacious balcony/patio with dining area where you can enjoy some al fresco dining while the sun sets over the Dalmatian coast.
The pool area is shared among the six apartments along with an outdoor BBQ area.
The premium apartments have larger second bedrooms with single beds and enjoy sea views from the balcony whereas the standard apartment has bunk beds in the second bedroom and does not enjoy sea views. Although there is a nice garden to enjoy.
The development is only a short walk to the town of Milna.
The apartments are located close to the town of Milna and all of it's local amenities. The closest restaurant and shop are only 500m from the apartment.
There are two marinas in Milna and Villa Milena is located close to both marinas. It is possible to berth your boat/yacht in these marinas for around €50 per night. Likewise, you can rent a boat from this marina if required. Please enquire about this for more up to date prices.
The nearest beach is also very close to the development and is less than an eight minute walk. This is a stone beach and there are other beaches within walking distance of the apartments. The coastline around the Milna area is beautiful made up of many inlets and small bays. It is no surprise that diving is popular in this area and one can simply snorkel in the local bay or join the local diving club. The diving school is for both learners and more experienced diving.
If you fancy a day trip to Split there is a regular catamaran that goes directly from Milna to Split. This is a passenger catamaran so will not take cars. The catamaran takes around 45 - 50 minutes and sails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The catamaran leaves Milna in the morning at 9.15 and returns from Split at 4.30pm. The timetable for Sunday is not as flexible and leaves Split at 6.45pm and returns from Milna at 7.45pm.
There is also a more regular ferry service from Split to Supetar which is the capital town of Brac. These are large car ferries that can travel every two hours during the summer months.
We found the apartment to be very clean and well equipped, although the beds were a bit hard. The views of the sea from the balcony were stunning. Stipe was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us or gave advice on several occasions. We had a great day out when we hired a car and went to Bol for the day. It is very busy with tourists but still well worth a visit - an impressive location. We realised that it would have been much better to hire a car for a full week. We would have saved money on taxi fares, been able to shop at the large supermarket on the outskirts of Supertar (we found the local small supermarkets quite expensive) and had more flexibility for trips. The beach area was far more extensive than we had expected with crystal clear water. We made the long day trip up to Krka national park - I would advise staying in Split for a night or two if you want to make this trip. Again a stunning location although very busy. A great holiday -I definitely plan to return to Croatia!
Wohnung zum wohlfühlen.Kleine Reparaturarbeiten wären gut. So z.Bsp.
Klasse! Danke!
Wir empfehlen die Wohnungen gerne weiter.
We liked Milna and the apartment very much. It was a short way to the port and to the beach. Apartment was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend Villa Milena.
Nice and big apartment with pool. Liked that there was a washingmachine there. Good wifii.

Lovely and comfortable apartment though bunk beds bit cosy for large teenagers. Rep Stipe could not have been more helpful. Not huge amounts of hot water for shower but it was soooo hot outside, that was not a problem
Excellent selection of restaurants in town; most were really good value but one in Marina has decided to go expensive to pay for some posh floor and windows
Hiring a RIB was great way of dealing with the heat
Milna is a beautiful old Mediterranean village located on the west side of Brac island. While many locations in Croatia have lost their original beauty due to mass tourism and over development, the same cannot be said for Milna. Most of the buildings in the area are finished with the famous white Brac stone and retain many of their original features. Milna is truely the Mediterranean as it once was.
Beautiful crystal clear waters against a backdrop of lush forests and winding valleys, it is very easy to see why people fall in love with Milna. While the town has retained its Mediterranean feel, it is still home to one of the largest marinas in the area which is frequented by boats and yachts all summer long.
A good selection of restuarants, cafes and beaches are sure to make your stay in Milna one to remember. Once you have explored all that Milna has to offer why not take the catamaran to Split for a daytrip or rent a car and explore the beautiful island of Brac.
