This was a great rental for our family. The setting was perfect with the stream running along the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and outdoor picnic table/deck/sitting area. The only slight issues we had were out of anyone's control...the upstairs creaking over the two main floor bedrooms and a dishwasher that was awaiting repair. The property managers were very helpful leading up to the trip and during our stay.
Absolutely loved River's Edge!
This was our first time in Durango. We picked a wonderful place to stay. The home was beautiful along with the property. My family loved the flowing river in the back yard. The sound was amazing to wake up to every morning. It's very peaceful and secluded. We will definitely be back again.
River’s Edge is FABULOUS!
Can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! Clean and had every amenity you can think of. River is awesome and hot tub was perfect for relaxing! Kids and grandkids had such a great time playing in the large private yard and river. Hope we can go again next year!
Great Family Place
This was a great place for my husband and I to stay with our two grown children, their spouses and our grand daughter. My father even came by for a day so we had 4 generations together. Very clean and well laid out property with everything you could ever need.
We enjoyed our stay with a few disappointing housing issues
Walkways to house from garage were not cleared of snow
Bedroom window shade broken
Patio safety rail broken
Refrigerator and oven were not clean
TVs did not work .....error message: “satellite not conceted properly “
Jacuzzi dirty so we didn’t use it
Everything was fixable prior to our stay if property management was maintained correctly.
It is unfortunate that you chose not to contact us with any of these issues while you were here. During your stay we had a large snow storm. We shovel all pathways before arrival, however if it continues to snow we cannot control that. There was a patio rail that was damaged by snow fall. This should not have impeded any part of your stay as it is off to the side and was not a danger to guests. We cannot control what snow damages or when. If the TV's were not working you should have called us. That is what we are here for and that is state in all of our information we send guests. We could have sent someone to help. TV service can go out when we get a storm, as it can in any area that is experiencing extreme weather. Shades do get broken by guests. We try to repair them as best as possible. We clean and inspect the hot tub before every arrival so we know it was not dirty, but again if you thought it was we could have sent our hot tub person out again. If you had contacted us during your stay we could have done something instead of just leaving us a negative review after the fact.
