761 West Aspen Drive, Kanab, Utah: House with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6
About Tim Clarke
I grew up and received my education in the UK, graduating in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. After spending 11 years in Crete, Greece, I moved to southern Utah in 1997, initially in Boulder and then Kanab. I work as a freelance architectural and landscape designer, as well as owning two short-term rental houses in Kanab. I have a passion for the land and especially our phenomenal redrock country. I strongly support our public lands, and I enjoy trail running and biking.
Tim Clarke purchased this House in 2010
Why Tim Clarke chose Kanab
Designed in 2011 by the owner, this home provides luxury and stylish accommodation in an exceptionally tranquil setting, while only 5 minutes from the town center. The property offers open views of local red rock buttes, and the Kaibab Plateau on the southern skyline towards the Grand Canyon.

All the best, Tim
The home was great ! It was laid out well and very nicely furnished. The Kanaba area has access to many outdoor activities that keep you moving during the day. We only dined out one night and the food was great. Could not have been better for us.
Thanks for your reservation and review, John, and so glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, Kanab has a great selection of dining venues lately!
And always plenty of options for National Parks, State Parks, local hikes, and events.
Hope you will have to opportunity to visit again!
All the best, Tim
Great Central Location To The Parks
We searched a long time to find a property and town that was close to the parks and other hiking. Kanab proved to be the right choice and Aspen House was a great place to stay, convenient to town and shopping and restaurants. The house has lots of info on hikes, and actually, we found the two about two miles up Knab Creek Road to be some of the best. The house is supplied with basic spices, plenty of cooking utensils and pans. The early morning sun shines bright into the Master Bedroom. Although that is nice, it does wake you early. A solution is to simply put the three pillows on the bed into the window wells. The landscaping is traditional wild grasses and plants. The grill is fine, and there is an outdoor table and chairs. In summary, Kanab provides the best location to access everything. Aspen house is a great base and place to stay. We would most certainly stay here again and Thanks Tim for all the helpful suggestions and communication.
Thanks, Tom and Oleana, for your reservation and great review. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit and I will be delighted to host you again next time.
Thanks too for leaving the house spotless!
All the best,
Great House - My New Go-To Rental in Kanab
Wonderful home. The owner is very responsive. We have been visiting Kanab the past 5 years to volunteer at Best Friends and used VRBO every time. Finally, I have found my go-to place. The house is clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Moreover, the tile floors are great for Best Friends visitors. We loved the bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all I needed to cook every meal. Highly recommend this home.
Thanks so much for your generous review. I'm so glad you enjoyed the house and I will be delighted to welcome you back for your next visit to Best Friends.
BTW I did check the bathroom basin and it's draining properly now.
Great base for national parks.
Kanab's a great town close to many national parks. The property was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Great experience, would stay here again.
I will be glad to welcome Richard back for a future visit.
Wonderful visit to Kanab
We’re so glad we chose to stay at this home in Kanab for our recent family vacation. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, had beautiful views, and was centrally located to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Four thumbs up from our family of four 🙂!
