Thank you for your interest our home for your vacation. In order to reserve our Condo we Require a $200 Security Depsoit upon Booking. Just click the BOOK IT tab. Once we have received your $200 Security Deposit your reservation will be confirmed. You must pay directly to VRBO and pay with your credit card or an e-check. Your reservation IS NOT booked until your deposit is received. We will continue to market the dates. Please understand that it is a first come first serve basis. If another party pays the Security Deposit for the same dates before you, we will send an email notice to you canceling all potential reservations.
You will be required to provide information located on the Draft Rental Agreement to us within 24 hours to in order for us to create the True Rental Agreement. Please be aware that a copy of your DRIVERS LICENSE will be required to accompany the rental agreement.
Payment must be paid in full within 15 days of arrival date. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If payment in full is NOT received we will refund your Security deposit according to the Rental contract, and the dates will be booked and no longer available
I was always worried about my impending retirement in 10 years, I wouldn’t have anything to do. My accountant told me that investing in a condo would supplement our retirement income and give me a needed task to do when I stopped punching a clock. I purchased 307D for this purpose. I came to Peachtree looking for a unit in 2011 and no unit was available, what I noticed was Peachtree was a clean well-kept condo and the units were not coffin shaped and had somewhat of a wide open feel to them, the complex was just across the street from the beach and safe for kids to be outside and away from traffic. I waited over a year for a unit to come open and purchased it immediately. I travel for a living and stay at the more upscale hotels, so in preparing this unit for the public I patterned my beds and furnishing more to a Hilton property.
This unit was purchased in Feb of 2012.

I love the oversized porches in this complex. My unit has a direct view of the pool , so you can rock on the porch and able to see and communicate with your kids. I have a corner unit which affords you a wrap around porch off both bedrooms . This unit is so quiet and the black out curtains make the bedrooms appear like it's night time at 8AM ... affording you that quiet and restful sleep.
Such a wonderful week at the beach! For about 20 years, we stayed at the same house down in the Laguna Beach area. When the lady sold her house, we lost what had been our 2nd "home". Nothing about coming to the beach has been the same for the last 10 years or so. But we think we may have found our new beach "home" again. Jeff takes extra care with every detail. The decor was superb. The beds were the most comfortable we've slept on outside of our own. Little extras like the extra coffee and drinks in the fridge were super thoughtful and appreciated. The Roku, movie collection and large TVs in all rooms were extra nice for us and our teen boys. We couldn't have asked for a more engaged, thoughtful owner. Thanks for everything, Jeff!
As for the property, Peachtree is truly a hidden gem that we are so glad to have found. The only very small, negative thing I could possibly find to say...and this has nothing to do with the owners....is that the pool was in full sun most of the day and that made the water very warm. It was so warm, in fact, that we barely even got in as it wasn't refreshing at all. We will most likely just adjust the time of year we come as that observation is no reflection of the property or the owners. I'm not sure that much could be done to make that better during the hottest times of the year.....other than perhaps more umbrellas around the pool area to help bring shade around the water? Or perhaps some kind of fountain in the water to help rotate water and keep it cooled? That may be a suggestion for the HOA to research. Peachtree is in a great location down on what we call the 'quieter' end of Front Beach, yet it is super convenient to anything you could possibly want to do. The complex is surrounded on one side by a grove of trees that made it feel very secluded. We loved the porch areas in front of each unit. When teen boys have only good things to say and several times during the week asked if we could make this our 'regular' beach place, you know you have found something special.
We loved our stay at the condos in Panama City Beach. We were there a week to play in the softball world series. Jeff was so nice and easy to reach if you had any questions. He stocked the refrigerator with Gatorade and other drinks, which I thought was very considerate. It is minutes away from Ford Park and Pier Park. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The beach is a short walk across the street. We will be staying there again!!!
This Condo is located in a quiet, secluded area. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool, nice neighbors. Condo is SUPER CLEAN with the most amazingly soft bed you'll ever sleep on! Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need.
We had such a good time... Jeff was welcoming and easy to contact. We slept 5 28 year old girls with no issue. A very clean and well kept space with close access to the beach.
The stay was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better place. Quiet. Close to the beach and the small personal chalk message to my family was great. Had a wonderful time and ready to go back.
Wanting to escape the harsh Nova Scotia winter I joined friends who raved about the Peachtree experience. I was so fortunate to have rented this condo and more blessed to have such a great landlord. The owner was so pleasant and wants to ensure that your vacation is pleasureable. The condo is so fully equipped, quiet and comfortable that it felt just like home. I can't wait to go back!!!!!
