About Katy Zappala
Our house was built in the early 1900s as a summer house. Our parents purchased the property in 1961, and had the house winterized in the late sixties. In the 70s, the upper bedroom was added and the house split into two units. The four sisters (Charlotte, Hilary, Jenny & Katy) now own Little Neck and continue enjoying swimming, fishing and kayaking in the river with their families, as we hope will you!

This was our second time and we had gorgeous weather. The house works fine and is very comfortable, kitchen very well-equipped. The view of the river and bay from the porch is out-of-this world.
It was a pleasure having you vacation again at Little Neck! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back any time, Katy
Beautiful place, very secluded and quiet.. easy to relax..
We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the porch was breath taking . Our grand children had fun fishing off the dock and seeing all the wild life . The house is so private which was great for us.
We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Little Neck! Fishing off the pier is fun at any age!!
Nice location, Plenty of room
Had a nicet time at the house. It is an old house that has had very few updates. More like a museum than a rental accommodation. The kitchen was very old and could use a big update and a good cleaning Appliances, pots and pans, microwave, outdoor grill, coffee maker have seen better days The owners were responsive to my requests.
I'm glad you had a good time at Little Neck! Most people find staying in a old New England seaside house with all the old photos, books, etc. a large part of the charm! I'm glad my sister could respond to your queries. Thanks for staying at our childhood home!
Amazing location and perfect house. Thank you!
The views from the front porch of the house are quite stunning. The area is very private and the house very comfortable. We had great weather and enjoyed our stay - explored the area and went hiking and kayaking.
Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed your holiday!
