This apartment is extremely well located, just a couple of blocks north of Oxford street & SoHo, in the trendy Media & Fashion area of Charlotte street. It is within walking distance to many London attractions. The street is quiet at night, yet moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shop, in an areas with lots of charm, character and history. The apartment is perfect for business travellers, families and visitors to London and is the perfect base to enjoy central London life, in a vibrant neighbourhood.

The apartment is set within a secure period building. This is a good size apartment with one double bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

The apartment comfortable sleeps 4, with one spacious bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a cot available for babies. A fully equipped kitchen, one bathrooms and central heating. No smoking or Pets are permitted.

Cet appartement convient parfaitement pour un couple ou une petite famille désireux de découvrir Londres sans se presser. Tous les principaux musées, monuments remarquables et parcs sont accessibles en marchant (de 3 à 5 heures de marche selon les trajets choisis). Le quartier est proche de Soho, des grands magasins, de nombreux restaurants, du British Museum et de Regent's park. Il y a des commerces de proximité très pratiques à moins de 5mn. L'appartement est lumineux (3e étage), bien chauffé et équipé (serviettes et draps fournis, rien à emporter). Les gens de l'agence sont très professionnels et accommodants. Ils fournissent des liens internet très utiles permettant de gagner du temps pour préparer le voyage, au moment de la réservation. Un seul point faible: la rue est calme toute la journée et la nuit, par contre en soirée avec le pub en bas cela devient bruyant. C'est gai et animé mais il vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies si l'on se couche tôt. Mais bon en général on est tellement fatigué d'avoir marché que l'on s'endort sans problème. La nuit plus de bruit. Une bonne adresse donc que je recommande.

Noisy in Fitzrovia

Not ideal for a summer stay, because it's on the 4th floor (UK: 3rd floor) and gets very hot. We left the large windows open night and day, which helped, but noise from the pub below (until 11 p.m.) and the construction behind the building (starting early in the morning) was deafening. The small fridge was overwhelmed by the heat and barely functioned, although our contact says they have purchased a new one (if you're thinking of booking here, ask if that's true!). We stayed for ten days with our two teenagers and space was extremely tight. If you have kids I recommend a different neighborhood because Fitzrovia is a party area. However, grocery and eating establishments are just a block away, and under cooler conditions with fewer people I think the flat would be acceptable, even charming.

Exactly as we expected

Property was exactly like description. Perfect location and enough space for a family of 4.

One note: Property is right above a pub that has patrons until about 10pm. We were fine because we used a fan sound app, but it might be bad for others.

We would stay here again next time we are in London.

We spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get tothe apartment. They were too busy to open it for us.

Perfect for my stay

Apartment is small and a bit older with somewhat haphazard decor, three flights of narrow dark stairs to get up to the unit, but for the price and location it was perfect for my trip.

60 steps to the top floor where the unit is. Clearly not for someone with physical challenges, however, that being said... comfortable, clean and welcomed by Dom EXSACTLY when she said she’d be there. Very happy with our stay

The apartment is adjacent to Charlotte street, which is 3 blocks north from Oxford street, at the Tottenham Court end of Oxford Street. At the junction of Oxford street and Tottenham court road is Charing Cross road (if heading in a southerly direction). Close by is SoHo and further south Leicester Square and China Town and, Covent Garden. Nearby attractions:

- Soho, China Town and of course London's most famous shopping area Oxford and Regents Street.

- Shaftsbury Avenue - London's Theatre Land

- Charing Cross - with the famous Foyles bookshop

- Covent Garden - with its quaint shops, restaurants, market and the opera houses

- Charlotte street itself is a buzzing area with a high concentration of restaurants and great old London pubs.

All the places mentioned above are within 10 or so minutes walk from the apartment.
