Great location, nice property

The booking process was very good; allowing for instalments and accepting cancellation refunds until a few weeks prior to travel. This gave us confidence to book early considering the uncertainty of COVID. The communication with the owner was excellent and easy. The property is in a great location close to all the parks and the complex has a lovely leisure area with bar for those days when you want to relax. Facilities in the home were great although we could have done with a few more bowls and plates. Overall, I would recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you Flávio

Great location for Disney holiday. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The property has plenty of room for two families and great outdoor pool area. Ample parking for two cars with plenty of amenities close by. Choice of three supermarkets all close to the property and a host of decent restaurants close by. For a Disney holiday all five parks are within easy driving distance and Orlando International was approximately 35-40 drive. Flávio was incredibly helpful throughout our stay would recommend this property to anyone planning a Disney or Florida vacation.

Great Location and host

The host for this property was excellent. He was very quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful each time we had questions. The host was very accommodating and completed the booking on such short notice after our other booking was cancelled at the last minute. The house is within walking distance of the Storey Lake on-site lazy river, water slide, and bar area. We were 4 adults and 4 children. The house itself is very clean, spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen and Bathrooms were super clean. The WIFI, TVs in every room and ROKUs were great! We would definitely recommend this property and the host! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home - convenient location

We were a group of four adults and three kids and we loved this home. The location is excellent. Great proximity, not only to the Disney parks, but also locally to grocery and retails stores, and the development's clubhouse. We had to call the property manager too many times, though they were very helpful and prompt. The washing machine didn't work and had to be replaced - leaving us a few days without access to washing out clothes. The security system began beeping incessantly due to a low battery which we could not remove ourselves - service was prompt but just removed the system all together. The microwave door is wonky and though it works you have to mess with the door to get it to turn on. The most frustrating thing is when you rent a home and don't have enough wash or hand clothes. We called for more and again, they were prompt in bringing more. There are no beach towels supplied, which seems like a must if you have a pool. Bath towels, especially when you get one per person, are not a good substitute. We ended up buying our own. Not only an extra expense but a pain to pack in luggage for the trip home. There is plenty of cookware and we took advantage, rarely eating out. One suggestion I would make since this is likely a home reserved by families, is to provide plastic cups (there were plastic kids plates, though regular plates for use by the pool would be nice). We weren't comfortable serving drinks by the pool, especially to our kids in glassware. Beds were great
