8 Bed / 6 1/2 Bath On The Gulf with huge swimming pool (Sleeps 21)

M'Ocean Granted (pronounced - Motion Granted ;) has 8 bedrooms of which 5 are Master Bedrooms with King beds. All master bedrooms are gulf front and all have sliding doors to one of the several expansive covered porches. 3 separate bunk areas for the kids. Our home sleeps 21.

Every inch of this home was painstakingly renovated in 2014. All the brand new furnishings are coastal chic. M'Ocean Granted is the epitome of beach elegance.

This quintessential beach house sits directly on the white sandy beach on the East End of St. George Island, which we refer to as 'the sweet part of the beach'. The state park on the east end was recently voted the #3 beach in the country.

M'Ocean Granted is a home with very open spaces that allows for the utmost in relaxation and comfort to give the guest a true beach experience.

Every inch of this house has been renovated, from the new roof, to the huge swimming pool with sports bottom.

This is a 4500 Sq.ft. home has 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths, 2 half baths and an outdoor shower. And lays out as follows:


Family room with wet bar. Wet bar is equipped with beverage refrigerator and coffee pot.

Admirals Quarters - Master w/King Bed, private bath

and sliding doors leading to the upstairs Gulf porch.

Captains Quarters - Master w/King Bed bed, private bath and sliding doors leading to the upstairs Gulf porch.

Lieutenants Quarters - Master w/King bed, with adjoining bath and sliding doors leading to the the upstairs Gulf porch.

Ensigns Bunk - Triple twin. Immediate access to the upstairs family room which has french doors leading to the upstairs Gulf porch.

Main Floor:

Living area/kitchen/dining/wet bar. Custom dining room table and fully equipped kitchen has all brand new cabinets and appliances throughout. 2 full size dishwashers, refrigerator with ice maker and separate beverage refrigerator in the wet bar.

Commanders Suite - Master w/King Bed, private bath. Has sliding doors to the main floor Gulf porch

1st Mates Quarters - Master w/King Bed. Has sliding doors to main floor Gulf Porch. Private 1/2 bath with Jack N Jill access to full bath.

Ground Floor - Beach level also has a morning kitchen with another full size refrigerator.

Starfish Room - Bunk room with triple bunk Queen/Queen/Twin

Pirates quarters - Bunk room with triple bunk. Twin/Twin/Twin

This is gulf front living at it's best!

3 expansive covered porches which are each 50' long. Covered porches are an absolute must on our sunny summer days.

One of the expansive porches is directly off the living room. There is a stairway that leads down to the brand new decks, the pool and a boardwalk to the beach. An outdoor shower and a hammock are both beach level and pool side.

Pool and beach goers have immediate access, ground level 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, and the morning kitchen with full size refrigerator.

Our home has a full size washer and dryer on the main floor.

Brand new traction elevator - quite handy for groceries, luggage, and folks that have difficulty negotiating stairs.

Huge heated swimming pool 24 x 14 with sports bottom, allows for "fair game" volley ball and other pool games. Large covered/shaded patio poolside makes a nice place to escape the sun.

This home sleeps 21 people comfortably in beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils that you need for an enjoyable stay.

Please know when you are renting one of my homes you don’t have the extra costs or aggravation of renting beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, beach toys, etc.

Our homes all come completely stocked, which saves you time, money, aggravation and suitcase space,,,,,, items such as: shampoo, body wash, laundry products, paper towels, paper products, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, garbage bags, cleaning products, every spice you could imagine, olive oil, coffee, etc. etc. etc. All you really need to do is, bring your luggage and groceries and alllll the rest is already there.

We even have a reverse osmosis system - so no need to lug cases of bottled water.

This property is on the EAST END. The EAST END is where the beaches are the BEST.

This property is 1 ACRE with 100' on the GULF OF MEXICO!

The closest public access is lots away ( 1/4 mile to the west) :)

There are 7 vacant lots to the east, which further adds to the privacy.

EAST END Beaches are the BEST. The Gulf is in your back yard. You can 'hear it' from every room.

At every moment, you know you're 'ON THE BEACH'

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! We had an amazing time. The kitchen made it very easy to have family meals - so we could enjoy our time as a family. Mom actually admitted that that your kitchen is better equipped than hers. She took an inventory and made us an early Christmas list for shopping at Williams Sonoma. LOL. Beautiful Home - Very well equipped

We stayed at this property with a relatively large group, 10 adults and 8 kids. We loved all the amenities that the home had to offer. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes as well as spices, Tupperware, and ziploc bags/foil. This was the first VRBO where we didn’t have to bring a ton of stuff because they had everything we needed.

We loved the long tables and extra seating space. It made mealtimes much easier with all the kids.

Beach access was super quick and easy. Chairs were provided, but no umbrellas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for providing such great accommodations.

Great home for large gatherings!

We just spend a few amazing days at M'Ocean Granted!! There were 5 adult couples in our group, along with 8 kids. Plenty of room for family dinners, yet enough private space for getting away. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could ask for, and more. Beds were very comfy, balcony's off all 5 masters so no one had to "suffer" without a direct ocean view. The weather was cool during our December stay, but we had the pool heated and the kids didn't seem to notice it was only 60 degrees outside! Quite beach access, with seashells for miles. Easy trip to the grocery store and walking trails for those that exercise. Would love to come back to this one!!

House and location were perfect for a relaxing family getaway!

We all enjoyed a very relaxing weekend here! As many others have stated, there was plenty of space in the house for multiple guests. We had a smaller group of nine and they were rooms to spare! The kitchen was fully stocked including a full spice cabinet & 2 dishwashers (very handy!). There were more than enough lounge chairs & beach toys.

The location of the house is hard to best. It was very private and quiet. It's a 2 mile walk, drive or bike ride to the town market & a few restaurants.

We definitely plan to return!

St. George Island is a 22- mile barrier island in the panhandle of Florida.It hosts some of Florida’s most beautiful and serene beaches. Voted # 3 Best Beach in the USA in 2015. There are no high rises, just an unspoiled island with a laid-back attitude. It is the quintessential beach vacation island.

Twenty six miles of beach on the gulfside, inlets and oyster bars on the bayside. The uncrowded beaches are perfect for sunning, shelling and walking. The crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico invite swimming, fishing, and all water sports.

The St. George Island State Park occupies the far eastern end of St. George Island. There you will find nine miles of undeveloped shoreline, majestic dunes, a bay forest and salt marshes. St. George Island State Park has a series of hiking trails, boardwalks and observation platforms. Birding is a popular activity on St. George Island. You might encounter one of the many migratory birds that use St. George Island as a stopover on their way south or north.

In early summer, loggerhead sea turtles come ashore to dig their nests and lay eggs along the beach.

St. George Island has a community park, that has amenities such as a playground for kids of all ages, and a basketball court.

If you are a little more adventurous - climb to the top of the lighthouse. The views from that vantage point are incredible.

A short drive across the bridge, and you are in the charming historic town of Apalachicola. Shops and restaurants, gourmet markets and alfresco cafes are plentiful.

Golfing is a short 20 minute drive to the St. James Bay Golf and Country Club. All inclusive, it is complete with pristine greens and a pro shop, and a 19th hole.

The forgotten coast is perfect for the nature lover. Nearby and occupying the vast majority of Franklin County are the Apalachicola National Forest, and Tate's Hell State Park. Both have very well organized trail systems designed to feature the highlights during your hike.

St. George Island is an amazing place to visit and explore. Rent a bike, kayak, boat or golf cart. Explore and enjoy. Make some memories of a lifetime.
