This beautifully restored Victorian home is located on the corner of Park Ave and Heber Ave. It is literally steps to Main Street's restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift is about 50 yards away, so you can walk to the lift in the morning and practically ski back to the front door.
This house has four bedrooms- three with queen beds and one with a set of twins that can be made into a king. Every room has it's own bathroom and TV. The house features free local and long distance phones as well as free high speed wireless internet. A private hot tub for 8 is located on the back deck.
The home was originally built in 1902 and was painstakingly restored to a beautiful, modern condition while still maintaining the charm of a turn-of-the-century Victorian house.
The location alone is enough to make this home a wonderful vacation rental. The beauty and comfort of the home on top of that make it one in a million.
Remember- no car is needed! You can walk to everything ... less than a minute to Main Street, around the corner from the free bus station and a few yeards from the town lift.
We have been coming to Park City for years, and this house is the best location we have ever stayed. Everybody could do their own thing and no one needed a car. Charming!
My group of 4 couples stayed at this house in early February for an annual ski trip to Park City. The location truely can't get any better... the price reflects that, but it was worth it. It's just a few blocks very easy walk to the town lift for Park City resort, and just a block to central Main Street! We also easily walked just a few blocks to the main bus terminal to get to Deer Valley resort too. Roomy bedrooms, bathrooms for everyone. Hot tub was great. There is space for just 1 or 2 cars to park on the street, but as we shared a car and used arranged transportation to/from SLC airport, this was no problem at all since everything is within walking distance. Could use another few chairs in the living room to accomodate everyone, but was wonderful otherwise. Management company (worked with Temple) was excellent to work with.
