Good hotel next to airport
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be on par with IBIS, but it is much nice. Very comfy space and a true delight. Staff very helpful.

Very poor overall
I checked in around 23:30. When I walked in to the Hotel not a single person / staff could be seen. So we tried to find them at the end got him behind the back office.
He was so so rude and unhelpful that he should not be in front of house. I went up the room the room was extremely hot, later we found insects inside the room. I had a child and she couldn't sleep. We also could not sleep due to her. The room was smelling of some funny stuff.
I went down and spoke time person but he as usual was not helpful and rude. I told him please don't be rude and try to help your customer. In return he is telling me then teach me how to behave?? Excuse me, this is the way you speak to your customers..
I decided to leave the hotel that moment but it was late. I left the hotel early morning and paid for another hotel in full.
Before leaving I asked if they can help me with the city map. But they refused and asked me to go to the airport and ask them.
Later a taxi driver helped us to his best who had nothing to do with our stay.
I hope I get a full refund and I don't want to take this any further.

Good location close to Zuerich Airport.
I was surprised that our room was pretty quiet...though the Airport was near.
