Modern, spacious and bright third floor apartment with external balconies, situated within ten minute walk to Princes Street, Edinburgh city centre. This well presented apartment has a carefully planned contemporary interior design scheme with a stylish open plan kitchen, living/ dining area which provides fabulous space for socialising during your holiday. The fashionable apartment is fully equipped with modern quality appliances. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: two luxurious beds, one double and one super king, the super king bed can be separated to form two singles, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The apartment has free secure, underground, private parking with CCTV, making the apartment an ideal holiday base for exploring Edinburgh and surrounding areas. An access fob and parking permit are required to gain access to the parking area, both are available on request. There is lift access to the apartment from the car park.

Great flat! Clean, convenient and very affordable. Really enjoyed it!

Nice clean flat, fully stocked with essentials, including basic food such as milk, orange juice, cheese, coffee, tea and cereals. Gerry was waiting upon arrival and very responsive. The flat is centrally located and everything is in walking distance and very easy to get around. Would definitely recommend to others!

Five star apartment on the edge of Edinburgh's New

This outstanding apartment is close to all amenities to the East of New Town. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything necessary for a most comfortable stay. Free garage parking is a very important extra in Edinburgh. The owner, Gerry, was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment where we spent one happy month. Finally, the apartment is a short walk from Broughton Street which is full of excellent restaurants and bars.

Great apartment for exploring Edinburgh and beyond. Fantastic wifi and off-street parking. Lovely views of Calton Hill and Arthur's Seat. Very clean. Amazing welcome pack, especially after being on the road for several hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fabulous Apartment

Thinking of staying in Edinburgh? look no further. This apartment is comfortable, quiet, has secure underground parking and is in a brilliant location. The city centre is around 10mins walk away and there are shops and restaurants within 5mins walk. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable e.g. lots of towels, hairdryer, welcome food pack on arrival. Gerry and Viv thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay in Edinburgh

We had a wonderful visit to Edinburgh made possible by access to such a great apartment so close to the center of Edinburgh - a short 10 or 15 minute walk from the Tourist Office. But the apartment was also in a quiet residential neighborhood with great services very near by. The Edinburgh Playhouse was a short walk as are a number of great restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage and there was a large, well appointed bathroom. The kitchen was well laid out and very well stocked with all needed equipment. And especially helpful was the very thorough binder that included all the information about the equipment in the apartment, contact information, activities and maps. The owners did an amazing job at making us feel right at home, even providing food / snacks to welcome us. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment! Peggy and Karen

The apartment is situated less than 600m from Edinburgh’s Playhouse Theatre in the Bellevue district of Edinburgh, a central but quite residential area, adjoining the architecturally elegant Georgian buildings of Edinburgh’s “New Town”. In addition to a host of high street shop names Edinburgh’s flagships shops Jenners and Harvey Nicols are close by, the return journey being a short 10 min downhill walk to the apartment.
