This well presented apartment has a carefully planned contemporary interior design scheme with a stylish open plan kitchen, living/ dining area which provides fabulous space for socialising during your holiday. The fashionable apartment is fully equipped with modern quality appliances. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: two luxurious beds, one double and one super king, the super king bed can be separated to form two singles, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.
The apartment has free secure, underground, private parking with CCTV, making the apartment an ideal holiday base for exploring Edinburgh and surrounding areas. An access fob and parking permit are required to gain access to the parking area, both are available on request. There is lift access to the apartment from the car park.

Thinking of staying in Edinburgh? look no further. This apartment is comfortable, quiet, has secure underground parking and is in a brilliant location. The city centre is around 10mins walk away and there are shops and restaurants within 5mins walk. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable e.g. lots of towels, hairdryer, welcome food pack on arrival. Gerry and Viv thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
We had a wonderful visit to Edinburgh made possible by access to such a great apartment so close to the center of Edinburgh - a short 10 or 15 minute walk from the Tourist Office. But the apartment was also in a quiet residential neighborhood with great services very near by. The Edinburgh Playhouse was a short walk as are a number of great restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage and there was a large, well appointed bathroom. The kitchen was well laid out and very well stocked with all needed equipment. And especially helpful was the very thorough binder that included all the information about the equipment in the apartment, contact information, activities and maps. The owners did an amazing job at making us feel right at home, even providing food / snacks to welcome us. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment! Peggy and Karen
Gerry and Viv provided a fantastic apartment for me and friends to spend a long weekend. It had a load of special touches, including a large chocolate Easter egg for Easter weekend!
The pictures don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and the apartment was fantastic. Walkable to all the major attractions.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Spacious, clean, and beautiful. The kind and helpful owners have thought of everything and provided anything you could possibly need to feel at home. Extraordinarily furnished and appointed. Lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood within 10 minutes walk of the city. Beautiful views. As another reviewer said: "Stop thinking about it. Just book it."
The flat was superb with extreme attention to detail. Just as beautiful as the pictures in the ad - with beautiful views of Edinburgh. We had a mixed age group (we took our Dad) and the flat and surrounding area had something to offer all of us. The binder in the flat with all of the local information was a huge help. We would definitely recommend this property and are already dreaming up our next vacation there!
Edinburgh is one of Europe’s most beautiful and historic cities. Offering a wide range of recreational and cultural attractions to interest our visitors. As well as the world famous castle seasonal attractions include the Edinburgh international festival and fringe (the biggest arts festival in the world) held every August. Also, Edinburgh’s Hogmany is definitely not to be missed with many street events and concerts before and after the new year.
The apartment is situated less than 600m from Edinburgh’s Playhouse Theatre in the Bellevue district of Edinburgh, a central but quite residential area, adjoining the architecturally elegant Georgian buildings of Edinburgh’s “New Town”. In addition to a host of high street shop names Edinburgh’s flagships shops Jenners and Harvey Nicols are close by, the return journey being a short 10 min downhill walk to the apartment.
