This well presented apartment has a carefully planned contemporary interior design scheme with a stylish open plan kitchen, living/ dining area which provides fabulous space for socialising during your holiday. The fashionable apartment is fully equipped with modern quality appliances. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: two luxurious beds, one double and one super king, the super king bed can be separated to form two singles, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The apartment has free secure, underground, private parking with CCTV, making the apartment an ideal holiday base for exploring Edinburgh and surrounding areas. An access fob and parking permit are required to gain access to the parking area, both are available on request. There is lift access to the apartment from the car park.

Loved this flat!

This was such a great place. Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen had items to use for cooking and eating. The bathroom was a nice size and the water pressure was great. The little goodies left for us were VERY much appreciated. Communication with Gerry and Viv was easy and they were very responsive.

Wonderful in every respect

Extremely comfortable and well set up. Gerry was most helpful and welcoming. The added extras such as milk, bread, cheese and kitchen supplies made this a “ home away from home”. The location is extremly convenient being close to buses on Leith Walk and various supermarkets etc. To cap it all it has a wonderful view fro. Th3 balcony of Arthur’s Seat and Calton Hill. The parking is an added bonus in a town which has so little! Once again thanks very much Gerry and Viv. We will be back.

very comfortable and well provided, easy access to City centre

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very modern and comfortable and had all the things needed for self-catering. The welcome pack was very welcome. We found it easy to get into the centre using the very frequent buses along Leith Walk. The only bus to the Modern Art Museum conveniently went past the corner of the road.

Great place to stay on our getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh, and this spot was a large part of the reason. Everything was there for us. Gerry(and Viv) supplied all that we needed plus.

Having a few groceries there to start when we first arrived was a nice touch. Everything was spotless.

Great views from balcony of Arthur’s Seat in distance. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Not far from the connections needed. A nice place to come ‘home’ to. When we come next year, we hope it will be an option again. Rick/ Ontario/ Canada

Excellent apartment in Edinburgh

The apartment was spacious and full of light; the location was great, especially as we became familiar with the territory and kept finding different routes into the city center; and Edinburgh exceeded expectations. The flat also came well stocked with various amenities. All in all, a very positive experience.

Beautifully presented and comfy. Disappointingly much further from Prince's st than advertised.

Excellent reception from the owners, who provided a generous welcome pack. Property is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully presented. Very annoyed that the stated distance to Prince's St is double what is advertised. So beware not suitable to walk if you have any mobility issues.

As well as the world famous castle seasonal attractions include the Edinburgh international festival and fringe (the biggest arts festival in the world) held every August. Also, Edinburgh’s Hogmany is definitely not to be missed with many street events and concerts before and after the new year.

The apartment is situated less than 600m from Edinburgh’s Playhouse Theatre in the Bellevue district of Edinburgh, a central but quite residential area, adjoining the architecturally elegant Georgian buildings of Edinburgh’s “New Town”. In addition to a host of high street shop names Edinburgh’s flagships shops Jenners and Harvey Nicols are close by, the return journey being a short 10 min downhill walk to the apartment.
