Double Room Single Use
Near to Old Town centre
Hotel is in a great location, 10 mins walk to Old Town area, next to stylish refurbished warehouse development with many restaurants, bars and up markets stores. Near to city bus terminal. I requested a quiet room and I got one on 5th floor looking towards St Olaf's Church in distance with trees - lovely view. However there is construction work on large building next to hotel scheduled to complete in December 2017. Light construction noise can go on till 10pm and heard if windows are left open. Windows closed (triple glazed) will remove that noise and late night street noise from nearby bars, never loud enough to wake me in morning however. Room very clean and wifi perfect. Armchair in room much appreciated to relax in and several English speaking channels on TV. Weirdly no sockets at work desk so had to use extension lead to plug in laptop at socket in middle of wall some 6 feet away ! Bathroom (grey and pink checked tiles ) felt outdated but was very clean with good shower. Big issue for me was that tour groups in the hotel booked out the restaurant entirely for themselves from 7-9pm every night of the 3 nights I was there. I was told to dine at 6pm n leave by 7pm (too early to eat) or eat after 9pm (too late) and be out by 10pm or go elsewhere. I reluctantly ate twice early n once late as I booked hotel specifically for the restaurant as did not want to go hunting for a place to eat after a long day on my feet sightseeing. Food was excellent.Breakfast good,
Ottimo hotel inTallin
Ottimo hotel situato in posizione strategica di Tallin.
Molto vicino al porto all’ imbarco del traghetto per Helsinki, vicino anche alle fermate dei Bus n° 2 per l’aeroporto
Nonostante alcune recensioni negative sull'ospitalità in generale degli Estoni, io li ho trovati molto gentili e disponibili verso noi turisti.
