This condo was built in 2004.The condo is beautifully furnished and has a great gulf view. The condo has a private underground parking space (#22) so your vehicle will always be close and cool.
What makes this Condo unique
This is a great complex, with a very unique 3rd floor pool and suntan area. i also have a 3rd floor cabana 5 feet from the pool which is being remodeled and will be able to be rented with this condo when it is completed. It has a both (with shower), an frig, and microwave. there is a commercial clear ice machine right behind the cabana.

Owner not responsive.
The condo was not clean. The batteries in the smoke detectors were beeping. The master bathroom commode had not been cleaned. The owner was the worst I have ever encountered. We were not able to get the lock on the door when we arrived at 9:OOPM. The owner never gave me a contact phone number, so the only way to contact him was by email through VRBO. He responded at midnight and then only gave me the code again. The door was messed up and you had to pull with all of your strength at the same time you put in the code for it to unlock. My 13 year old granddaughter was the one that finally was able to get it unlocked. The furniture is very worn, and could definitely use an update. The location and size of the condo was perfect...if it had a different owner. Would definitely recommend the condos, just not that one because of the owner. I did not attempt to contact the owner any further during our stay. There is an underground parking space, but it is very difficult to get into.
Dirty and neglected
This condo looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Rugs, furniture and decorative items were dirty and worn. The front door to the condo was completely rusted through. Mouse droppings in the utility closet. The building has NO SECURITY. Anyone can walk in from the beach or off the street, park in the lot and use the elevators and the pool. In fact, twice while we were there families with children came in to use the pool. One family told us it was because where they were staying didn't have a heated pool. The night we arrived the digital keypad didn't work (battery dead) so we had to wait 5 hours for a locksmith to drill out the lock so we could enter the condo. Also, the owner came through (without notice) with some potential renters who wanted to see the place. Don't stay here.
This is a great condo in a great complex. Check the reviews!. There was a really bad problem then they arrived @ about 5:00 pm, when the entry lock did not work. Maintenance, who had a key, had left. I could not reach the management co. or the association president (sat). I called a locksmith company and was told there man was on a call and would be right over after he finished that job. I live in Louisiana. I kept in touch with my guest and the locksmith. Finally, the locksmith arrived and could not get into the condo and had to drill the lock. The lock worked for the prior guest who checked out the same day (sat).
This was not a good way to start a relationship. The door was rusty and is being replaced with a fiberglass door. I am on a long list of owners (50) waiting to have there door replaced. The guest were advised that the door were going to be replaced.
The previous guess (a snowbird) reported a complaint with the refrigerator and dryer which were immediately repaired.
I received no complaints whatsoever from this guest and I do not stay in this condo. I need to know any problems with my condos to insure they are corrected, but not by unjustly attacking my condo and the whole complex.
I have never saw any evidence of a mouse in any of my condos and this condo is on the 11th floor. Most all (95%)condos do no have a secured entrance to the complex. What was dirty and what was worn? It would be nice to know so I could fix it. I am going to look for these problems and fix what I find.
This condos' reviews a very good. The worst review come from a group of young guest who tore up the patio furniture and unsuccessfully tried to blame the prior guest.

This home away from home has all you need for a wonderful vacation! Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and large balcony. Clean, bright and cheerful. The reserved parking spot is a plus. Will return again!
Coffee in the morning, on the terrace, was a dream.
Apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay.
Great Value on a beautiful beach.
The condo is a well maintained older building. (Relatively speaking) The unit is great for families with kids. It really has all we need to spend a week at the beach. We will be back.
