This 2 bedroomed flat (ground floor conversion) is ideal for family/couples/single person's holidays by the sea. It has an outbuilding with the washing machine and drier and there is a garden for drying clothes and enjoying the Scottish sunshine.
There are a number of shops for essentials close by in Alloway as well as restaurants and hotels within walking distance (Balgarth is just a hop, skip and a jump up the road)
There is also a garage available to renters if required.
We also have access rights to the River Dee via the adjoining property and our garden has a table and chairs to eat outside al fresco.
Ayr is an excellent holiday resort for easy access to Troon/Prestwick/Culzean and the Solway Coast should you wish to visit.
Seafield has a tennis court nearby as well as those who like bowling and the seafront promenade is within walking and cycling distance.
A charming and immaculate ground floor traditionally built mews conversion which forms part of Craigdoon House. It has an outstanding location on the banks of the River Doon, a short distance from the estuary and seafront.
The property would be ideally suited to the young, families or elderly alike.
In more detail the accommodation comprises an entrance vestibule leading to a reception hall with good sized storage cupboard. The reception hall gives access to a lounge with a feature fireplace with inset marble hearth and oak surround. Very well located to the beach, centre of town - there is a bus stop close by and ready access to town and surrounding Ayrshire countryside.
Easy access to all of Ayr, it is on the flat, has a garden and the River Dee is at the bottom of the garden
We were met on arrival and given a full guide to apartment and facilities. Very nice modern apartment with all that is required for a comfortable stay either short or long term. Extremely comfortable and well fitted out for family or couples with good quality fittings and furnishings. Very well positioned for Ayr town and surrounding areas. Good bus service into Ayr close by and good quality restaurants in walking distance. Thoroughly recommend a stay.
This property is close to a bus stop which takes you in to the centre of Ayr - the Robert Burns Heritage Centre is within walking distance, as are a selection of hotels and restaurants. Seafield Golf Course is literally across the road and we are approximately a 15 minute drive for Troon
