Welcome to your Vacation on Okanagan Lake! This is a fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath over 1600ftsq ground floor condo filled with all the amenities of home plus!

Located on the ground floor looking out onto the Bird Sanctuary, offers you peace and quiet and easy access to walking trails and the beach, a large walk out patio fully furnished with comfortable chairs tables and BBQ. Easily 10 ppl can dine out there! We often move the table onto the walkway for more room. The ground floor is also great for the kiddos as they can ride their bikes while you sit and enjoy the sunshine and the peach and quite form the bird sanctuary. Easy access to the pool on the 3rd level. 3 min walk to a gorgeous sandy beach

When you walk thru the front door of the condo you are greeted by a gorgeous kitchen in medium toned woods with corrian countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would have at home plus all the extras needed for entertaining. Many different cooking pots & pans, serving trays, "good knives", selection of wine glasses (we are in wine country!)

The dining room has a large solid wood table to seat 6+.

Nothing has been missed in the living including a comfortable sofa (pullout Queen bed), 2 leather club chairs, a big screen TV with Bluetooth sound bar and Gas fireplace. Not to mention the large glass windows looking outside.

The Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom both have King Beds and 650+ thread count linens. Both bedrooms have patio doors that open to the outdoor living area. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a fully glassed in stand up shower, corrian counters and the second an ensuite off the Master with soaker tub. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on top. There is also a laundry room to include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for convenience during your stay.

When entering and exiting the condo it is closely located to your secured underground parking, and to the Elevator that takes you up to the 3rd floor amenities. The Amenities at this Resort are fabulous! Including 2 pools, one outdoor with a sunbathing deck surrounding it and the second a combination indoor/outdoor pool that is open year round, for those days to swim out of the sun or enjoy when the days begin to cool. There are also 2 large hot tubs, Sauna, communal BBQ area for picnicking, Club House with pool table, foosball, ping pong and TV lounging areas and a fully equipped Gym.

Discovery Bay Resort is located in the heart of Downtown Kelowna, sharing a lagoon with The Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center. Downtown Kelowna is known for its many great restaurants and night spots, including a casino. During the day there are Museums and Art Galleries as well as abundant shopping choices all just a few mins walk away. If you choose to venture out in your vehicle there are many wineries, hiking locations, biking, etc. The Okanagan has something for everyone!

Why Sheryl chose North End

Kelowna has everything that we love! In the Summer the Okanagan Lake offers the best of all worlds. Fabulous water for swimming loads of room to get out in the boat and take in some water sports or take a cruise down the lake to many of the locations to stop for lunch.

There are so many wineries in the area and wine tours available you can feel like your in Napa Valley. Always somewhere new to try and lots of old favorites to visit again.

The dining and night life in Kelowna offers something for everyone, families like ours or a great evening out with friends.

In the winter we are a 1 hour drive away from Big White Ski Resort, and 2 hours from Silver Star and Apex Mountain. No matter what the snow conditions we are choosing from 3 amazing hills!

What makes this condo unique

We chose this property because of it's prefect location. We love going there and never having to drive. Being on the water is absolute luxury! We equipped our home with all of our favorite things and made sure it had the best of everything so that when we are away there is nothing missed!

Great place will come back again.

We have loved the Kelowna area for a few years now and usually visit once a year. This was our first time renting a condo instead of staying at family’s house and we loved it. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the condo was great. Kids loved the pools and hot tub and we also enjoyed the pool area with the common barbecue and dinner area giving you a view of the Okanagan. Sheryl thank you for everything will come back again.

Four seniors

This condo was perfect for our needs, nicely located, offering great walks along the lake and park and particularly the wildlife preserve that is immediately across from the unit. Watching the ospreys in their nest and seeing them fish in the lake was a delight. The unit was well equipped and functional. We did breakfast in but ate lunches and dinners at some great restaurants that are well within walking distance. We would certainly rent this unit again.

Best Location in K-town!!

We rented this beautiful ground floor 3 bdrm condo for a week. This property has everything you need to have a luxurious great vacation. The pools and grounds are kept in great clean condition. Just a short walk to restaurants, liquor store, casino, beach, pubs etc…

We loved having coffee in the mornings on the patio listening and watching birds in the sanctuary that is near the unit.

Everyone in our group slept so well, the beds are very comfortable. The in suite laundry is top notch and so are the appliances. We also loved the rain shower in the main bathroom.

We are looking forward to our next stay!!

Sheryl was great to deal with and even sent me a list of her favorite places to eat and things to do in the area.

Location, Location and Location... oh and Great Amenities!!!

We've stayed in this condo for a week in August 2014. We were 6 adults and 2 young children (1 and 3)


The condo had lots of rooms for everybody. The master bedroom was big enough that we were able to fit a play pen for our baby and a single mattress for our toddler to sleep on without being squeezed.

The description and pictures are very accurate… the condo is fully equipped with everything you need.


The complex offers lots of amenities (Underground parking, pools and hot tubs, game room etc.) Our kids really enjoyed the pools!


Location is awesome… short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Bernard Ave using the lake front boardwalk as well. We even walked to Safeway a few time during our stay which is about 15-20 minute of slow walking. There’s also a few liquor store/wine store within 5 min walk!

It was our first VRBO or Home away experience and we loved it! Sheryl was easy to deal with from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this unit for any larger group visiting Kelowna.

perfect location - just like the photos

Thank you for this great property rental. We love that it's on the ground floor - you can just walk out of the patio doors to the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. Excellent location and close to everything you need in Kelowna - Kettle Valley Trail, restaurants, orchards, vineyards, beach and more. Highly recommended.

We loved this place.

Seven days was enough to make you want to stay longer. Yes, the weather was perfect with blue skies producing a range of temperatures from 32 to 36c. The suite is first-class and everything is provided. For some this experience could be an upgrade from home. The wildlife sanctuary outside your three sliding doors was private and peaceful with birds and deer within reach. The bedrooms, bathrooms are outstanding as the floor plan is so well designed that the 1600 square feet appears to be much larger. And the kitchen is an absolute dream. We never even used the huge dining room table.

People who actually live here were very friendly and the amenities were very extensive. My only gripe is the parking garage (it was late July) is hot and stuffy so we began parking on the street.. Most enjoyable is the walk along the waterfront all the way to the floating bridge and I also loved winning $700 at the casino.

We will be back as my family really, really enjoyed their stay in Kelowna and the suite made it feel like home. Wonderful stay.
