With only a 10 to 12 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip and the airport, it is located close enough for shows, dining and the glitter of Las Vegas, but far away enough to relax, unwind and enjoy your own mini tropical oasis.

This home is spacious with over 1700 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with your own private pool and spa. The spa has 32 hydromassage jets that will relax you and up to 5 other adults after a long day, or evening out. The yard is fenced in and feels like a tropical paradise. It is conveniently located to McCarran airport with only 15 minute drive from the airport terminal to the front door.

The Green Valley neighborhood has been voted one of the best neighborhoods for families, location and convenience year after year. With only a 5 minute drive to the upscale community of the Green Valley DISTRICT, you will find upscale dining, shopping and entertainment, grocery stores and movie theaters.

This home boasts a peaceful décor with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with every utensil needed for cooking at home. There is an outdoor grill for that grill master in your group.

The master bedroom is appointed with a new memory foam King bed, that will provide a perfect night's rest, even for the pickiest of sleepers. A private master bath with his/her sinks, shower, walk in closet and a new 32 inch flat screen TV.

The house has been recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, paint, 12 inch tile floor throughout the main living areas, new A/C unit, new pool equipment, new linens and custom paint. This home will make you truly feel like you are at home away from home.

The second guest room is appointed with a new queen size bed, dresser and flat screen TV. All linens are new, and professionally cleaned and changed after every guest.

The third bedroom also has a new queen size bed that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in the main living room with a latex memory mattress topper for additional comfort.

All of the comforts of home await you at this special 'get away” including cable TV, High speed Internet, Netflix, Movie collection, Games for the family, Pack and Play for children, Full size W/D, DVD, and BBQ grill!

Enjoy the privacy of your own solar heated sparkling pool and hot tub. Patio misters and a high powered out door fan will keep you cool on our hot summer days! A lot of shaded areas to sit back and relax on our warmest days.

Please note *****Pool is solar heated. The optimal months for swimming are between May 1st to October 1st, however, depending on weather, swimming and pool activities can be enjoyed in April and through September.

The family room has enough will comfortably accommodate a family of 8. You will enjoy the new 55 inch LED TV, DVD and surround sound.

Save hundreds of dollars, by avoiding having to pay resort fee's, daily parking garage fee's and the high cost of food on the strip! Live and play like the locals!

If nature walks or cycling is in your future, The Pittman Wash is THE place to go. There are miles of paved trails to explore. Located a less than a mile from your front door.

Valley of Fire - Can't miss this state park if you want a day of hiking or love photography.

Lake Mead - Located 15 minutes away. Rent a houseboat, speed boat or explore the many mysteries of this beautiful lake. Have lunch on the water at the Las Vegas Marina.

Sunset Station Casino - IMAX movie theater, bowling alley and several restaurants. Evening entertainment for the night owls.

My Favorite! Red Rock Canyon- Hiking, beautiful scenery. A must see while you are visiting this beautiful area.

Had to change dates a couple of times due to Covid. Susan was brilliant about everything. We needed a chilled time due to a couple of issues. It was exactly that from the time we arrived to leaving.. Everything was there. Susan was easily when we had an issue and sorted it straight away. Would recommend. Thank you

Location fantastic, well equipped although some updating required

House was in a great location and Jake welcomed us on arrival although we were a little early arriving and he was in the middle of cleaning the house! Overall although Jake was very responsive and took care of an issue with a blocked toilet straight away, we did find some things disappointing in the home. Some kitchen equipment was dirty, patio misters and fairy lights did not work in back yard, little lighting was provided around the pool and back yard. Patio chairs were taped up with duct tape! Generally we felt the home could do with a professional cleaner from time to time inbetween guest stays as underneath the sofa, bedroom carpets and parts of tiled floor are very dirty. Patio door lock was also worrying as although in a great neighbourhood little force would be required to break in the home. We did ask owners for a safe prior to arrival although this was never installed in the property. Need to stress the home and pool etc are nice and in the best location for touring Vegas and surrounding areas, Garage also good size for our hire car but house just generally needs updating to ensure it is brighter, cleaner and more welcoming. Would definitely stay in Henderson area again .

Quiet area but easy access to shops and Vegas 😎

Enjoyed our stay at the Villa, nice quiet area, pool was lovely and even enjoyed the hot tub despite the summer heat. My husband is in a wheelchair and can't walk but this Villa was okay for him except the beds being high with the mattress topper but solved that by taking it off. The family bathroom was just about okay for him but the en suite wasn't. This is of course only relevant for wheelchair users 😁 slightly dated decor is my only slight grumble but well stocked kitchen, easy access and Susan and Jake couldn't have been more helpful especially when we had a problem with our on going travel plans 😁 very efficient in getting back to you and sorting anything 😁 Would be more than happy to rent with them again, thanks for a great stay 😁

You will not be disappointed

This property has everything, we toured the USA using six accommodations and this was by far the best. It is large, the beds are so comfy, there are plenty of towels the hot tub is amazing and the pool is so refreshing........... I could go on. The owner Susan is very responsive and helpful, we had a situation with regards to the Mandalay Bay shooting, we needed extra time to check out and Susan was very generous and accommadating to our needs. Would definately recommend. Ian and Karen Nottingham, England

Absolutely fabulous!

The house was everything we'd hoped for and more. Very spacious, clean, tidy and filled with all amenities you could possibly need! Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty storage space in all bedrooms and two big bathrooms were great for our family of four. Family room was a hit with Netflix and big comfy couches. Fans in all rooms were necessary due to the 100°+ weather! Outdoor area was beautiful with plenty space to sit in either the sun or shade, the pool was lovely and clean because of the automatic pool cleaner and the hot tub was a hit! The house was absolutely perfect and we'd reccomend anyone to stay here. Only down point is that we didn't stay there long enough! Thank you.

We chose this home because we love Green Valley! Green Valley is conveniently located, safe and quiet. Having family and many friends in the Las Vegas area, we narrowed our search down to Henderson .We love the convenience, low crime and great amenities that the neighborhood has to offer. We love the outdoors and spend a lot of time hiking, boating and exploring Lake Mead National park. This home is located near our favorite grocery stores, shopping centers and local restaurants. Green Valley was the first master planned community in Las Vegas. If you do a search of Green Valley on the internet, you too will see why we think this is one of the best places to live, play and spend quality time with friends and family!
