2 Master Suites with King beds, one on the first floor and one on the third floor makes this home the perfect dual family location. 4 other bedrooms offer on suite bathrooms, bay views, and privacy. There are NO SINGLE BEDS or bunk beds, pillow top Queens, Kings, and Full beds only. Pure comfort.

Full price weekly rentals INCLUDE linens and towels, and beach tags.

Let us help minimize your packing. Arrive to professionally made beds with luxury linens. Bath towel packages for all guests include a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.

Fall family celebration

As a group of 12 adults, we needed a large house and we wanted a clean and comfortable setting. Our rental house fulfilled all of dreams! It was open and welcoming, with a spectacular view of the bay that we enjoyed day and night. The common space was generous and the rooms were all cosy with easy access to a nearby bathroom. We could not imagine a better place to connect and hang out for our fall reunion. The property manager was attentive and quick to answer all along the process. Our group wholeheartedly recommends this property at any time of the year!

Wedding Weekend

House and views were incredible. We were in Avalon for a family wedding and were fortunate to have perfect weather to enjoy the dock and beach. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic weekend

Beautiful property inside and out. We stayed a long weekend in October and sat on the beautiful deck the whole time. We will definitely stay again in this beautiful home.
