About this property

Come experience luxury in this exclusive, gated 3000 square foot town home. We are one of only four homes and located directly on the beach. It is perfect for a family vacation or business retreat. This spacious home will sleep six with king beds in all three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath, with the master having a 'his and hers' size bath and Jacuzzi tub plus a walk in marble shower. This home is beautifully decorated with an open and inviting floor-plan. It also offers a large fully furnished kitchen, plus a wet bar with ice machine. You can walk straight out of the back door to the blue water gulf. The covered porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. You will not find a more beautiful and peaceful home on the beach. Enjoy a unique getaway.

Activities: Pensacola Naval Museum, Blue Angel air shows, dog track, outlet shopping mall, marinas, fishing and boating (inter coastal or gulf), water park, golf, water skiing, swimming, fine dining, amusement parks, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Amazing location!

Great location on a private beach! Cannot beat the location! Owner was amazing with communication. The home is decorated nicely, plenty of towels and items you need. Could be cleaned a little better and the outside needs some TLC, but this would not stop us from staying again.

Family Beach Vacation

The location is great. Loved the privacy of being on a private beach. The house is spacious with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The garage storage had beach chairs, umbrella, rafts, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs (cabinet had lots of seasonings.) The water pressure in kitchen sink was extremely low making washing dishes difficult/time consuming. The beds in all three bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bathroom’s walk-in shower had black mildew all around the top 4 walls. Appeared to be where the maid service couldn’t reach. The porch facing the beach is really a plus The inside and outside door handles leading to porch were broken. We have let the owner know about all of the issues noted. We enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation

If you enjoy privacy and sitting on the beach without 100 people around you then this is the place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay here again. Not so good if someone in your group cannot climb stairs as there are quit a few.

Great location-mostly families and adults-great property-has big deck that we spent a lot of time on doing some outdoor living-Kelley is great-easy to work with and easy to get a hold of for any issues-can’t go wrong!!
