About this property

Sunny and spacious family home available on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.

Our home is located down a lovely private road in a quiet neighborhood and abuts acres of conservation land. Enjoy spectacular sunsets on the large deck, walk or quick bike ride to Bartlett Farms, the south shore beaches, Cisco Brewery and Miacomet Golf Course. Town is a short 5-minute drive. Close to the WAVE bus stop and bike paths to beach or town.

The first floor features an entry hall with sitting area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

On the second floor is the gourmet kitchen with Wolf range, the living room with wood burning fireplace and dining room that opens to a large outdoor deck with breathtaking views.

The deck is perfect for private sunbathing and has a large four burner DCS Grill with a side burner for outdoor cooking.

Our kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals from the nearby farms and fish market. Another bedroom with ensuite bathroom completes the second floor of the home.

Nice house out near Miacomet Golf Club

Nice house and comfortable bedrooms on unpaved section of Somerset Road out towards Miacomet Golf Club and Bartlett's Farm area. Well-appointed kitchen, granted upstairs so takes some getting used to. Bedrooms were very comfortable and master bathroom was quite spacious. Homeowner was communicative and property instructions were easy to follow and abide by.
