About John Tucci
Aloha from Barbara and John Tucci. We bought our Villa preconstruction and closed in 2003 when it was completed. Villa 32 will be our retirement home in the near future. We have lived in our Villa for part of the year since 2003. We will not be able to spend as much time there the next 2-3 years and have decided to share our home as a vacation rental.

Why John Tucci chose Princeville
After a business trip to Kauai in 1997, we decided to make Princeville our home ASAP. The natural beauty and climate captured our hearts. Also, the surfing, fishing, diving, hiking, and golf is world class.
What makes this Villa unique
Our Villa is located in a very quiet and private section of the Villas of Kamali'i subdivision, away from Lei O Papa Rd. and the community pool/grill. Our Villa has no A/C or heat and it is not necessary. The Villa is oriented such that refreshing trade winds blow in the front door and out the back.

Perfect condo location and beautiful setting. Great condo for family of 6 with 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors. We loved the grill by the pool faculty and the well stocked kitchen equipment - they even had a nice cast iron pan. The condo owner was very responsive and we hope to be back again soon!
Beautiful, but too uncomfortably hot.
The property was stunningly beautiful. The entire complex is kept very pristine. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was because it was so miserably hot that we really could not stay in the unit for any length of time just to hang out or even give the babies a nap. The fans in the unit were no where significant enough to handle the sweltering heat. We were told that this has been an excessively hotter year than most could remember, but many of the other units in this same complex did have air conditioning.
Was great for family stay, bedrooms all away from each other.
This place served us very well for a two week stay. Open floor plan for the public areas makes food prep and service a social affair. This is a tri-level condo, so everyone in your group should be comfortable with stairs and without air conditioning. The two en suite bathrooms are fairly large.
The downstairs is appreciably cooler than upstairs. They provide floor and ceiling fans which help. I wish they had a really powerful one to blow in cool air from outside quickly.
The decorations are themed and personalize the place. The neighbors (both residents and visiting) were friendly and happy to give tips and answer questions.
The barbecue/pool area is an uphill walk of a few hundred yards. There are plenty of towels and linens provided and some beach equipment.
Quiet location but in desperate need of an air conditioner!!
Lovely spacious villa but be warned ...the temperature in June was cooler outside than inside the villa as there is no air conditioner. There are ceiling fans and free standing fans but the heat kept all of us up at night.
Would have been nice to have some washing powder included and more than 2 spare toilet rolls for 4 people staying 7 days.
A lovely place
A very beautiful home in a lovely complex. Very spacious, filled with everything you need to feel at home. Comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owners thought of everything and it's obviously a place they themselves love and enjoy.
Beautiful and well-equipped home in Princeville.
We stayed here with our four college-aged children. The place was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably. The three bedrooms were perfect since they were all in different levels. Gave everyone some of their own space to relax in. The location was perfect as well since the kids could walk to the nearby beaches after dinner for some “sibling time” while we enjoyed the lanai and beautiful view off of the living room! Having a full size washer and dryer was a huge help with the 6 of us that stayed here for 9 days. Having access to snorkel equipment, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels was great as well. Would highly recommend the Tucci’s beautiful home!
