Lower level: King bedroom with 19 in. TV and heart shaped Jacuzzi, full bath has tub/shower combo, Game room with pool table and chairs, CD player and radio, TV with DVD player, stack-able washer/dryer. Decks have
rocking chairs, charcoal grill, lower deck is with hot tub, rockers and small wicker table.

Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is great. It is very roomy and inviting. My only recommendation would be a better mattress. Also, there are some steep windy roads to get to the cabin so be aware of that in the winter time. Other than that we had a ln amazing stay!

Stay at Wild at Heart Cabib

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since moving to Tennessee 7 years ago, I have been wanting to visit Gatlinburg! My friends and I stayed at Wild at Heart cabin the first week of January, and it was the perfect winter getaway! We loved the upstairs living space with a big kitchen (lots of yummy meals were enjoyed)! However, the dishwasher seemed to have sitting water in it for a while(mildewy) and we had to hand wash dishes all week. Online it said wifi would be available upon arrival, and when we arrived we found out our cabin did not have guest wifi, so no service at this cabin. There is also no bear box outside, so you take your trash to the office that is on another road. Other than these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and it’s amenities! The hot tub and pool table were definitely our favorites, if you’d like a nice getaway with your loved ones, I’d recommend this cabin for you!

September 2023 Stay

We have stayed in this cabin a few times in the last 7 or more years and like the layout. The lights were on when we arrived which makes opening the door and getting inside easier just be sure to have the code handy since there is not an cell service if you haven’t already gotten the code from the app. There used to be internet at this cabin which allowed me to be contacted by family in case of an emergency using internet calling but for some reason the owner decided to cancel the internet, still has WiFi but no internet. Also the cabin was very musty and damp and my wife notice mold and mildew on the furniture and also on ceiling. I believe I would pass on this cabin until these issues are corrected, Cove Mountain as others to choose from.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was OK. No view to speak of. No wifi and no cell service. Had a landline phone that you couldn't call out on. Was told by rental office we could receive call. Our daughter tried to call several times and it would ring busy. Don't know what you would do if there was a medical emergency. Wasn't for us.
