About this property

This is a family-friendly with comforts of home well located condo (split-duplex) which sleeps five. A skier's paradise with easy access to Sunday River mountain. The master bedroom has view of the mountain. There is an open floor plan downstairs with living room a fire place with wood available. Two bathrooms with sauna on ground floor and indoor whirlpool tub upstairs. There is a Roku TV and wi fi.

PLEASE NOTE: Description lists property as having 4 "bedrooms". We have noted there are 2 futons in the living room which is showing as a separate bedroom. TO BE CLEAR, we only have 3 bedrooms in addition to sleeping accommodations in the living room.

From the house there are walking trails some which follow river to nearby covered bridge. Depending on snow cover may need snow shoes to get to bridge. Also explore cross country ski trails in the near vicinity of Bethel.

Close to market, shops, and restaurants. There is also hiking, water falls to explore, and bike/kayak rentals in the summer.

Ski Weekend

Great proximity to Sunday River. Just the right size four our group of 6 skiers, and you can’t beat a 5 minute drive to the mountain! House was clean, the sauna was great after a long day of skiing.

Family ski weekend

Wonderful family ski house. Close to Sunday River but far enough to have privacy. Family of 5 plus dog would definitely stay here again but for a longer stay😊

Clean, Comfortable and close to everything!

This condo was ideal for our group. It had all the amenities we needed and the three bathrooms was a huge plus. Sunday River is only a 5 minute ride away as well as the Country Store for snacks and Sunday River Brewing Company for a nice dinner. The place was especially clean and had a really cool vibe. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Great Location - Plenty of Space

This home was just perfect for our group of two families with two small children to stay close to the mountain. Room for the little ones to play and parents to hang out and all supper close to the mountain.

Great Location and Nice Home

The location is great, on the road going to the Jordan Hotel where we were attending a wedding. House is roomy and had everything we needed. Could have been cleaner (beers in sauna, old milk in fridge, dirt on floor), but it is a cabin and the off-season so not a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed our time here.
