Why Owner chose Old Village
My parents own a large wonderful beachfront home that rents for $9000+ a week which I have managed for 20+ years. My husband and I decided that it would be great for us to have a rental that would easily accessible to the beach and historic downtown, and a more affordable vacation here for smaller families/groups. We live close by and just love this LOCATION!
What makes this Townhouse unique
We are truly in the best possible location for accessibility to all facets of vacationing in the Charleston area: lowest traffic area, safest area, beautiful area, easy directions to all locations from Myrtle Court, and just moments to everything. Outside of beachfront or South of Broad Luxury (with the price tag that must follow), we have the very best to offer. I am from this area, we live close by, and just love this Location. Smaller groups and families may want to look at our 1BR (king bed)/1BA next door, our small beachfront condo, and larger family gatherings our family 6BR beachhouse.

Great stay, will stay again!
Great location, only about 10 minutes from the beach at Isle of Palms. Only 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty to do. We really enjoyed this older but well-maintained condo. I can't wait to rent it again!

Great location for beach and historic Charleston area.
There were some difficulties that we had to work out with the owner and they were very accommodating and working on fixing the issues as quickly as possible. It was such a great location, mile from Sullivan’s Island beach, close to Isle of Palms beach and only 30 mins from Folly Beach! So much to see and do in the area with historical war monuments and Charleston. We loved the beach items available to us and the laundry machines! There weren’t any condiments, so be prepared to bring your own.

Charming.
The townhouse is charming and quaint. The rooms are large and spacious. We were comfortable and no one complained about their beds. We did not use the futons. It is a little dated but reminds me of staying at my grandparents house. Did not give 5 stars because there is only 1 tub/shower for the whole house. Glad we did have 3 toilets...with 7 people we had to schedule baths...We made it work .Loved the location was 5 to 10 minutes from everything. Would stay again.
Thank you. We do try to be clear in the description about the Jack n Jill (2 1/2 baths and 1 full technically), but the site does not have a choice to mark it that way.
