1 bedroom apartment to sleep 3 adults (1 on sofabed) or 2 adults and 2 kids

The front door leads to the lounge/ diner comprising sofa bed, dinning table, TV/DVD etc. Leading to a galley kitchen comprising sink, drainer, hob, oven with integral grill, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Leading to the main bedroom and bathroom. The Bathroom includes bath with shower.

East Wing Studio Appartment is a part of Hill House which resides on a hill top on the out skirts of Hadleigh over looking the delightful village of Kersey. Other local places of interst are; Lavenham, Flatford Mill and Colchester Castle which is located in Englands oldest recorded town.

Excellent Accommodation.

My wife and I have just spent a month in this delightful retreat on the fringes of the historical town of Hadleigh.

Mike and Nikki have provided one of the most well appointed apartments we have ever stayed in, it has everything you could possibly need and more.

It is situated in a very quiet area and is secure and private.

We highly recommend it and hope to be staying there again later this year..

Very nice, clean and furnish holiday accommodation

This holiday accommodation is wonderful and 3 people could stay easely. Its location is nice, in a quite area. I and my friends had a very kind holiday in this place.

Convenient, Relaxing, Enjoyable!

We chose this apartment for the convenience of exploring the English countryside and London. I am so happy we did. The owners were wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. Mike and Niki helped us by providing directions to the nearest Tube Station, the grocery store, and they also provided advice on the local restaurants. They even provided us with some food and tea for our first late night arrival. We are truly grateful for their hospitality.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for the three of us. It was very clean and inviting with a full service kitchen, one bedroom and a pullout bed in the living area. We had everything we needed for an eight day stay including the peace and quiet of country living.

This was a perfect accommodation that I would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect for the weekend

Perfect place to stay

My wife and I spent two weeks in the apartment and found it to be very peaceful and relaxing in a nice family atmosphere. The owners Mike and Niki were lovely and we needed nothing to make the stay perfect. We will definitely recommend the apartment to anyone and are sure that you will find it spot on at any time of the year.

Hadleigh is a delightful medieval wool town in the heart of the south Suffolk countryside readily accessible from the A12 and a fast train service to London Liverpool Street.

There are several local places of interest and a popular destination for people interested in US military bases.

Hadleigh is in the heart of John Constable country with Flatford Mill and Dedham Vale only a few miles from the apartment.

The name Hadleigh is believed to have originally come from the Norse Haethlega (a heath-covered place), though the area was inhabited far further back than this. The remains of a 1st century Roman villa can be found to the east of the present town, and there is evidence of a 5th century pagan Saxon occupation in the area around George Street.

Gainsborough, Turner , Constable and Morris have all painted St Marys Church in the town centre.

Raydon Airfield was home to a US fighter squadron in the Second World War (just a few miles).
