Beautiful and spacious Villa of 300 square metres, located on a 2000 metre plot, fitted with all comforts and appliances found in a modern home today such as Parquet floors in bedrooms and bathrooms, Fully renovated bathrooms and Kitchen in 2013, central heating, air conditioning, outdoor swimming pool, barriers and automatic garage doors, etc. The property is in perfect condition, decorated to tasteful minimalist design guaranteed to enhance and make your stay even more enjoyable. For families we have a table tennis , table football and a pool table !!!!

The location of the Villa is unbeatable within the development, the beach is a 200 metre stroll away, the Golf Club 500 metres, a local commercial area and supermarket 150 metres, hotel and spa at 500 metres and the port area at 700 metres.

PERFECT LOCATION OF THE HOUSE: Because of its geographical location, Costa de los Pinos offers the best variety and quality of vacation on the island of Mallorca since1960. It was designed for homeowners to enjoy among large and separated plots of all the peace and relaxation offered by the field, but with all the basic services similar to those which can be accessed with an easy walk. A splendid large comfortable villa for a large family group .

It's a well planned and laid out property in a quiet area near to a bus stop , an hotel , two restaurants ( one of which is a very friendly bar )and a shop that sells most things that you'll need . The garden , terrace , covered veranda and pool are excellent . There's enough for a couple of relaxing weeks without a car .

Fantastic Villa. Fantastic location. Fantastic owner.

The villa is in a prime location with easy access with or without a car. Everything is there for a great family holiday. It even had a plastic net fence around the pool. We were six adults and four children ranging from two to seven and everyone had a really great time. Tony the owner is great and nothing is too much trouble through the booking process and during our stay. The house is air conditioned which was a god send due to the high temperature outside. If you want a great holiday in Mallorca I would highly recommend you give the property a go. You will not be disappointed.
