2 bed can sleep up to six, pool, minutes from beach, restaurants and marina.

This is a spacious two bed apartment. Main bedroom double bed with wardrobes, second bedroom two single beds and wardrobe. Full modern bathroom with full size bath, shower, wc and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and hob and large fridge freezer. Dining room cum living room leading out onto balcony with patio table and chairs with views of the Med and Granada mountains. Wheelchair friendly. This is a gated complex which provides extra security and privacy. The large pool is in the centre of beautiful well maintained gardens, large steps which are ideal for small children to play on (while supervised) with private toilets in pool area. This is a very well maintained complex which is within easy walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Marina. There is an excellent bus service nearby which runs to every area on the Costa del Sol.

A very clean and roomy homely apartment.

I would certainly recommend this apartment for a couple who likes a roomy holiday retreat or for a family using the two bedrooms. Plenty of wardrobe space, dishes and glasses etc, 4 ring cooker which is unusual for Spain. Roomy balcony with plenty of relaxing chairs. This apartment is located on the quiet side of the main road up a slight hill, which seems to get easier as the time goes by. Contact with Jason was brilliant and Karen couldn't help anymore when we needed advice. Many thanks. Good luck for the future.

Good value for money

2 remarks:

1. No hair dryer but it seems that this is the case in all appartments we rent. We bought one in carrefour: 12 €. So no significant amount of money for A owner to provide.

2. Cooking material, pan etc... very dirty, old and unusable. We bought a pan to be able to cook something. On site material should be replaced by new ones. Again no significant investment.

Excellent location and apartment

This apartment is well situated in the centre of all amenities, not necessary for a car. Public transport so quick and easy, bus stop, train station within walking distance. Apartment is on the second floor, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Added bonus is the wifi and all the TV channels that you would want. Nice balcony to sit on with a sea view. Gardens well maintained and nice size swimming pool in the middle of both blocks. Would highly recommend this apartment, and will certainly be coming back.

needs a re furb

needs a revamp was relativly clean how ever the patio doors were filthy looking out from the inside it gave the impression of fog.we was'nt told about the steep hill or that the apartment was as far from the entrance as you can get up yet another incline .the owners description stated "suitable for wheelchairs" this is not the case as 2 of our party have sever walking difficulties this made our stay very miserable and expensive as we had to get taxis everywhere.if the sun shone on the balcony this made have made our stay a bit more plesent but the sun never hits the balcony and at this of time year it make the apartment very cold also the lady who greeted us left us the keys said the sun get ion the balcony in the morning ,we was up to watch the sunrise and it didnt appear anywhere near the balcony also it was a waste of time renting a car as you need a special fob to access the gate to the car park.we wanted to rent mobility scooters but they would not have gotten up the very steep hill to the property.

Peaceful great Location

Very spacious and clean comfy beds well equipped had everything that we needed for our stay sat out in balcony a lot as was very peaceful entry to block very clean and tidy will use again close to beach little bit of a hill to climb close to bars and shops overall had a very nice stay

Good relaxing time

The property was well presented. We had problems with the washing machine and Jason provided a new one and installed within a couple of days. We had a relaxing time and would recommend this apt.
