About the property

2 bed can sleep up to six, pool, minutes from beach, restaurants and marina.

This is a spacious two bed apartment. Main bedroom double bed with wardrobes, second bedroom two single beds and wardrobe. Full modern bathroom with full size bath, shower, wc and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and hob and large fridge freezer. Dining room cum living room leading out onto balcony with patio table and chairs with views of the Med and Granada mountains. Wheelchair friendly. This is a gated complex which provides extra security and privacy. The large pool is in the centre of beautiful well maintained gardens, large steps which are ideal for small children to play on (while supervised) with private toilets in pool area. This is a very well maintained complex which is within easy walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Marina. There is an excellent bus service nearby which runs to every area on the Costa del Sol.

Well kept block

Common Areas well maintained. Pool area very pleasant. Perhaps the provision of suitable chairs/loungers by Jason would enable visitors to enjoy it the more. More than adequate self catering facilities. Reception facilities well provided and very helpful. Needs provision of Bedside lights.Position of block ideal.

Great apartment

We enjoyed staying in this apartment during the Easter period. It had all the comforts like our own home but of course with the lovely Spanish weather. The apartment was in a great location and close to the lovely marina and the promenade. The bus stop was only 5 minutes walk away if we wanted to go further afield. It truly is a great place to stay.

well presented good value apartment

The property description was spot on ,a clean comfortable apartment,in a central position. Just a short walk away (10mins) is the marina and the sea ,and all the bars restaurants you could ever want .We mixed eating out with self catering as there were supermarkets close by ,Jason even provides a shopping trolley, trust me you need it .We used Rubens to book our trip to Gibraltar which is just across the main road ,and the local bus and trains for other days out ,all very cheap and clean though busy .We stayed for a month (March) it was hot and not to busy .Only one downer not much sun on the balcony so in March you have to use the heating in the evening , it works well but you have to put coins in the slot which we did not have ,but the local bank helped us out .I would use this place again and we consider it good value, and would recommend it .We had a good holiday.

A very clean and roomy homely apartment.

I would certainly recommend this apartment for a couple who likes a roomy holiday retreat or for a family using the two bedrooms. Plenty of wardrobe space, dishes and glasses etc, 4 ring cooker which is unusual for Spain. Roomy balcony with plenty of relaxing chairs. This apartment is located on the quiet side of the main road up a slight hill, which seems to get easier as the time goes by. Contact with Jason was brilliant and Karen couldn't help anymore when we needed advice. Many thanks. Good luck for the future.

Good value for money

2 remarks:

1. No hair dryer but it seems that this is the case in all appartments we rent. We bought one in carrefour: 12 €. So no significant amount of money for A owner to provide.

2. Cooking material, pan etc... very dirty, old and unusable. We bought a pan to be able to cook something. On site material should be replaced by new ones. Again no significant investment.

Excellent location and apartment

This apartment is well situated in the centre of all amenities, not necessary for a car. Public transport so quick and easy, bus stop, train station within walking distance. Apartment is on the second floor, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Added bonus is the wifi and all the TV channels that you would want. Nice balcony to sit on with a sea view. Gardens well maintained and nice size swimming pool in the middle of both blocks. Would highly recommend this apartment, and will certainly be coming back.
