Located approximately 1 mile from junction 43 of the M4 giving easy access to Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend and the valleys.

A two bedroom apartment that sleeps three, with a twin and single bedrooms fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave etc. Dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin.

The lounge has a reclining leather suite with a TV, DVD .

This is an inexpensive no frills apartment designed with contractors in mind. Or holidays on a budget.

Two week business stay

Had to take a late upgrade due to a double booking. Which was to Bayside for no extra charge. Excellent customer service. Fantastic property and facilities. Real comfort and convenience. Definite home from home. Will certainly use again in the future for business or pleasure
