This privately-owned Condominium located on the 6th floor has been remodeled in a classic Mexican style, 1450 square feet. The building is located on Los Muertos beach near the Rio Cuale River, and the new footbridge to the north side of town. The area is also known as Old Town and Zona Romantica. We are right on the beach; restaurants and shops as you walk out your front door. There are several small grocery stores near the building. No need for a cab or rental car.

This spacious, well furnished condo has two bedrooms - both with king-size beds, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to the terrace that has an unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean and beach from north to south. We ask that smoking be done on the terrace and not in the condo-thank you. (Sorry, the building allows no pets.)

comfortable and wonderful location

Two couples spent a week at the condo. Very comfortable, great location and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Beds are much more comfy than some I have tried to sleep on.

Fantastic property in a Central Vallarta location.

This is one of the better properties we’ve enjoyed in the Vista del Sol complex. Beautiful ocean view, 6th floor so a bit quieter than lower floors. Well appointed all around. Wonderful roof top pool. Can’t go wrong with this condo and it’s location.

Fabulous!

We just returned from Puerto Vallarta & this wonderful condo. We spent a week there with my parents & everything was just great. The condo was big & comfortable & tastefully decorated, the kitchen came fully stocked, & beds were comfortable. The large deck & the view, well you can't improve on perfection! And the location, wow! The pool was wonderful, & it was great to be able to go up there & just relax, read a book & take a dip. We bought some groceries mostly for breakfast, lunch & snacks and then went out every night for dinner. There are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from, we never went to the same place twice. We loved the atmosphere & vibe of old town and will return again in a heartbeat to this place & this condo. Craig was a breeze to work with.

We would rather keep this place a SECRET!

What can I say about it? This condo is the best place we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and would come back here in a heartbeat to stay at this one! This place is perfect! In fact, we had much discussion about whether or not we should even post a review or not. We would like to keep this one for ourselves! Yes it's that good! Purely selfish intentions on our part. But after we re-read everyone else's posted reviews. We decided, what's one more fantastic review going to hurt.

It is a large condo with the Mexican décor and flare! Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfect, plus a large kitchen with cupboards galore and they are filled with all you need to live here! The location is just perfect! Walking distance to everything! We were there off season, so yes there was construction, but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed ourselves and just loved it! There was only one drawback, and that was the internet. The wireless did not work in the condo. We had to go down to the lobby to make our mini tablet connect. The internet works fine if you hardwire it to a laptop, which we didn’t bring. But all in all, we loved this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Craig for graciously renting your condo to us! We appreciated all your professional attention!
