New apartment in gated beach complex with a huge pool complete with splash pool for kids, paddle courts, parks, social club, WIFI and 24 hour security.

It's just 100m from a fantastic beach with great cafés, restaurants, homemade icecream parlours, shops, surf school, sailing school, bike hire, boat trips and childrens parks.

Visiting the city couldn't be easier. The nearest bus stop is just 10 metres from the complex.

The apartment is new, spacious, comfortable and very luminous, perfect for fantastic family holidays! It's also on the end of wing of the frontal block which means there is only one neighbour, also that the views of the sea are frontal and finally that we have great views fro both the side window (of the Calderona Mountains) and the kitchen and bedroom Windows (of the L'horta or "Orchards of Alboraya where they grow Tigernuts and make Horchata, a nutty milkshake taken with fresh pastries.). Having Windows at the back, the front and the side, with the patio doors open there is a constant refreshing sea breeze through the house.

The apartment is fully equipped with, diswasher washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave, towels, bed linnen, and a hidro-massage shower.

There is ample parking outside the comple but, should you need it, for a Little extra we also have a parking space in the same building.

It shows the best of Valencia. The beach, the mountains and the orchards. It's spacious, has a lot of light and the complex is a great place to just chill while the kids have a blast in the pool or the social club.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the fact that we have three completely different views from different windows and the fact that the beach is so well serviced. The tourist office is 150m from the property, the bus is 10m from the property, the nearest small supermarket is 200m, the nearest large supermarket is 300m, the nearest bar 50m, the nearest restuarant 50m (it's a great restuarant, very famous here "La Ferradura", the boardwalk goes on for several miles, the apartment has windows front and back which means you have a constant sea breeze through the place (only two properties on each floor have this advantage and only in the central block, none of the other two blocks have it. It's such a comfortable place.

Espectacular ubicación y atención

John ha sido un host extremadamente atento y nos ha ayudado a disfrutar de un fin de semana cerca del mar. El piso está muy limpio y ordenado, y el complejo con piscina es acogedor. El apartamento está situado a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa y muy buenos restaurantes.

Una experiencia para repetir. Gracias John!
