The apartment is located in a quiet family neighborhood in Bijela, just five minutes away from the beach. Bijela is a small fishermen village near Herceg Novi (15 minutes away by car). Even if you don't have a car, it's really easy to go anywhere - bus station is 3 minutes away.

Great location:

The apartment is located Bijela - a small and charming fishing village in the Boka Bay. There are many beaches and it takes you 5 minutes on foot to get to the seaside.

If you are traveling by plane, Tivat and Dubrovnik airports are both about 45 minutes away by car. The apartment is on a great location to explore more of Boka Bay and Montenegro. Getting to other cities like Herceg Novi or Budva is easy as the buses run regularly and the bus station is 3 minutes away. Alternatively, you can go by car - Herceg Novi is 20 minutes away while Budva is 1 hour and 25 minutes away. The grocery store is a 2-minute walk away.

This is a recently furnished one bedroom apartment. It has everything a small family needs to live comfortably. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can get anything else you may need, just let us know. The living room has a sofa bed that fits two people when pulled out. There is a TV and a fast Wi-Fi in the whole apartment. There is a bathroom with a shower - fixed and removable shower heads. The balcony is 6m2, looks to the sea and mountains and is the perfect spot to spend your mornings. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious closet for your things. A safe box is also included for your valuables. You can also spend time in the garden and use our BBQ.

You have a private parking spot just for you and a separate entrance so you can come and go as you please.

Cleaning Fee £17.75

There is a female german shepherd living on the premise. She is very kind and sweet, and during the summer season, she lives with us so she will no bother you.
Also, all Montenegrin visitors are subject to a daily tourist tax that has to be paid 24 hours upon the arrival. The price of the tax varies depending on the season (it is increased during the summer season). Currently, the winter price is EUR 0.70 per day and summer price EUR 0.90 per day per person. Children under 12 are not subject to tourist, and children from 12 to 18 pay half of it. We would be happy to take you to the tourist office where you can pay the tax, whenever works for you.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
