This is the perfect home away from home. We have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This location is close to downtown and the freeway and set back in a nice quiet neighborhood. We offer a comfortable home with all the modern necessities. Including WIFI, Big Screen TV, Outdoor Space with Grassy Area, Washer and Dryer, Water Filtration System (osmosis system), Plenty of Ice, Complimentary Coffee, Tea and Cocoa. And so much more!!!
>>>This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. It is separated into 2 units the upstairs unit (where you will be staying) and the downstairs unit (that is unfinished and unoccupied) You will have the whole place to yourselves! There is no onsite management, however, we do have someone close by that can stop in if you need.
>>>Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also a large sectional couch that can be used for sleeping.
Linens and towels are provided (please do not strip the beds when checking out) Iron and ironing board are located in the closet. There is also a vacuum if needed.
>>>Bathroom includes a shower and tub combined, hairdryer, washer and dryer (this is a ventless dryer so it's best if you turn on the fan while it's in use)
>>>Kitchen is equipped with essential dishes, pots & pans, utensils. Also includes a water filtration system, ice maker and coffee maker.
>>>Living room has a large sectional couch and a Big Screen Smart TV. We do not have cable but we do have local channels and a Netflix account that is accessible. Let us know if you need assistance use them. Since it is a Smart TV you can also connect your own Prime, Hulu, Showtime, HBO, Youtube or other accounts if you would like. We cannot provide assistance with connecting these accounts and make sure to disconnect them when you leave.

- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash (Trash and Recycle bins are located on the side of the house)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile in the bathroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
