A 3 bedroom detached bungalow located within 1 mile of Trearddur Bay beach and 2 miles from Rhoscolyn beach (and The White Eagle pub/restaurant).

Recently re furbished to a high standard, the layout comprises entrance porch, hallway, living room, open to dining area, large luxury kitchen (well equipped) with breakfast area and patio doors onto sun deck & enclosed rear garden. Utility room off kitchen, shower room with WC, main bathroom with WC and shower over bath. Master bedroom (king), large second bedroom (twin), third bedroom (double). Double sofa bed in living room sleeps an extra 2 people. Cot now available on request.

Wifi and BT TV included. Driveway with parking for 2-3 cars.

Open aspects at the front over Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideally situated for walking The Anglesey Coastal Path or many interesting shorter local walks. Within easy walking distance (approx 1/2mile) is The Anchorage pub/restaurant which serves great food and a good pint. On Bus route for beach at Trearddur Bay, Holyhead, Bangor etc. 10 mins drive from shopping centre with major supermarkets (including 24hr Tesco) and smaller shops.

Two new eating places in Trearddur Bay (The Black Seal and The Sea Shanty) are proving to be very popular and may require prior booking in busy periods!

Well behaved small Dog welcome (additional charge £10).

20 % deposit required at time of booking and final payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We take bookings for full weeks during peak times but take shorter bookings at other times for long weekends or shorter periods mid-week.

Lovely bungalow in a great spot

The owners were very helpful and eager to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The property was very clean and all equipment, kitchen in particular, excellent. Although on a small estate, the property was situated on the end with rural views to the front, not overlooked by anyone and very quiet - just the jackdaws and seagulls to be heard! Great for exploring the beaches on the west coast. Hope to be back!

Perfect

Sue and Colin's bungalow is just perfect. Spotless, extremely well equipped and spacious with quality furnishings and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is particularly outstanding and we all loved the seaside theme throughout the property. Lovely well kept gardens to sit out in front and back with well equipped garden furniture.Well positioned with lovely views and close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, pubs, shops etc.

Well stocked information folder with recommendations and maps available. Colin also very helpful.

The property is a credit to Sue and Colin who have obviously put a lot of effort in to making your stay a special one. We just loved our stay and will certainly be returning. Have already recommended to relatives and friends.

Fabulous holiday home

We were very impressed with this house it was very clean and well equipped. The position was very good overlooking fields with a good outside area at the front and the back for sitting and relaxing. It was also close to the shops and beaches.

We were greeted by the owner who was very helpful and extremely pleasant. All in all an excellent holiday home would highly recommend it to others.

Brilliant seaside bolthole

We stayed as a group of 6 friends with 3 kiddies under 2yo. It's homely & comfortable & above everything safe for the kids throughout. It has light and airy seaside decor, great communal/living space inside & a lovely front & rear garden. The bedrooms were all suitable for our requirements. Allowing travel cot & crib space in each room. Bathrooms both lovely & functional.

The Bungalow is in a brilliant location 5mins from the A55, 2mins from the local Spar & has lovely countryside views across the island. Easy travelling distance across the whole island & further afield too.

The only issue we had was the dishwasher not working fully. (Didn't rinse the dishes properly). Would be even better with a BBQ avaliable to use for those lovely sunny days!

We're already looking at booking again for later this year.

Refail Farm is within a mile of Trearddur Bay (a blue flag beach) and Rhoscolyn beach . Both are excellent for children with clean sandy beaches and plenty of rock pools to explore. The area offers a high standard of bathing water quality and beach management and is fantastic for water sport enthusiasts - sheltered sandy bays, remote coves, calm and wild waters and smaller offshore islands are perfect for sailing surfing and canoeing. Superb for a spot of sea fishing from shore or boat. If diving is your thing there is an excellent dive shop in Trearddur Bay and more than 100 wrecks to explore in the clean clear waters. Rhosneigr, just down the coast has its own surf school, here you can also sit on the long sweeping beaches and watch the many who try their hand at sand-yacht racing, wind and kite surfing. Book a day at the track and go motor racing at Ty Croes.

There are fantastic coastal walks and many hills and mountains to climb.
