Overall, the stay was good; however, there are some things that need attention before it deserves a 5 star review. The location was perfect, the unit was clean, the bed was extremely comfy.
When I visited the office to check-in the staff were great. I understood that when our room was ready, our door code would be sent via text. However, the room number is received via text and you are to visit the office again for your door key (fine). The security guard approached us asking if we needed help and I told him we were confused about our room code and was waiting for it via text. Well, he told me I was dumb and had to go to the office. I'm a laid back person and had he laughed or smiled or something, I would have absolutely taken it as a joke, but nothing about him indicated he was joking.... but even if he was, he's lucky he called ME dumb and not someone who is easily offended.
The main toilet in the condo was broken - we had to reach in the tank and manually flush the toilet because the chain was missing. The ice machine was less than sufficient, never really producing enough ice. I tried to call the office from the condo phone to ask if there was an ice machine on site, but the phone wouldn't work either so we had to fill several glasses with water and put them in the fridge to have decently cold water.
Check-out was at 10am, which I thought was a bit early. I've never had a check-out earlier than 11am. After packing all of our stuff we then had to wait at the elevator for a good 25 minutes (we were on the 3rd floor) because it did not prioritize by who pushed the button first, it seemed to go to the highest floor and then come down.... making us the last stop every time for a very full, small, slow elevator. If you're going to make people check out at 10am, maybe have staff use the stairs between 9-11am so as to not overly crowd elevators.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I pay full price? No.
