Did not like having to go to rental office only ro be given an access code. Could have received by text. Was not impressed with your young security person. Deadpan.

Perfect birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time in our unit. It was very clean and well equipped. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had plenty of room. The check in at the office in Gulf Shores was not very convenient when there is an office 2 min from the unit and a keypad for the lock. The building is older and we had broken elevators more than working elevators, but this is a property issue, not VRBO issue.

check in process needs to be updated we could have done it without going to your location. Also my door code got cut off before checkout. and i had to call to get fixed you did fix it but i not sure why it was cut off

Did not stay at The Enclave. Unit not available. BR chose a unit at Phoenix 6 for us. Unit clen but could have used some deep cleaning. Linens adequate. Kitchen well supplied with utensils and cookware.

Great beach location

Great amount of space for large family. Enjoyed being right on the beach and located close to grocery store/Walmart. Dealt with 1 of 2 elevators down most of the time during our stay. Hardly any storage to put groceries in the kitchen.
